Archibald's Drive-Thru

Burger was tasty, the fries were a bit over cooked. The girl behind the counter was very nice and the place was clean.

I was expecting better. The fries were good, but the burger had way too much lettuce, and it tasted like a burger I could make at home. I didn't like the red onions on the burger. It was my first and may be my last time going there.

The food at Archibald’s is consistently tasty, and the prices are fair for the portions you get—definitely a solid value. However, the drive-thru setup could use some improvement. There’s no overhead cover, so you’re left exposed to the blazing sun or rain while placing your order, which can make the experience uncomfortable. That said, the quality of the food keeps me coming back. If they added some weather protection, it’d be a five-star experience all around.

The buffalo chicken sadwiches are very good. Chicken is just a tab bit dry though. The fries are really good…. But this food is not worth $14.99 for a sandwich alone. The prices are outrageous. Not worth coming back.

The food here is always great, but today I had the absolute best customer service experience at a dine-in breakfast spot that I've had in a long long time! In my opinion great customer service at food places is becoming more and more rare especially with this younger generation, but today I had the pleasure of meeting and being served by Marisabel at this Chino Hills location. Marisabel's customer service skills are exceptional to say the least. She was very helpful with my order and very attentive to anything I needed as I was eating my breakfast. I just wanted to take the time to give her this positive feedback. Marisabel, there is no doubt in my mind that you will be successful in everything you do! You have a bright future ahead of you! Thank you again for a great breakfast!

I came here and specifically said how I wanted my order they even repeated it yet they gave it to me wrong also doesn’t help with the guys cutting grass right in front of the drive thru speaker horrible nothing I hate more than getting my order wrong
