The Turon taste terrible. It didn’t have any banana taste at all. Also the pendan cupcake has tons of green food coloring. The purple yum doesn’t taste like cream cheese. Actually all their cupcakes like vanilla and butter cream. The difference is they add to much color to make it different.I just waste $21 for terrible cupcakes.

I spent $71 on a turon cake and it only tasted like vanilla. There was absolutely no banana flavoring to the cake at all. If I wanted a vanilla cake, I could have gone to Costco instead and spent a lot less money. I drove all the way to the Chino Hills location to buy a special flavored cake for Thanksgiving. It was very embarrassing to bring a “turon cake” to a party only to find out the only flavor was vanilla.I emailed the company two weeks ago regarding my complaint and received no response. Bad customer service… never going to waste my time and money going there again.

I USED TO LOVEEEE this place but they changed the yummy cream cheese frosting to buttercream???? For ALL the cupcakes?? And didn’t even change the labels on display after weeks??? I will never ever come back here until they change back to cream cheese frosting. That alone is what ELEVATED them from a normal cupcake to a YUMMY and 5 star cupcake. On top of that, the cupcakes are soooooo dry now! Are they not serving the fresh ones now?? I even had my friends and family hooked on this and we would come weekly. Until they right the dry cupcakes back to soft, moist, yummy cheesecake frosting, it looks like I need to find another cupcake spot now…. Sigh.Additionally, they take forever to make a simple cupcake sundae. How long does it take to split a cupcake in half and add some scoops of ice cream? Surely not the 10 minutes we waited last time.

Vegan cupcakes are NOT vegan, people with dairy and egg allergies beware! I told the employee about my son's allergies and they confirmed it was free of the allergens. Given the severity of the reaction, it definitely was made with dairy and eggs!!!

I must be an outlier, but this place really let us down. My girlfriend ordered a cake for a birthday from them online. When we went to pick it up, it was not ready. Since we needed a cake we purchased one they already had there and they charged us again. Worst of all was that the cake was old, because it was very dry. We called to get one payment refunded and they insist for us to wait longer for the payment to go through. Never buying a cake from here again.

It’s funny how much a bad employee can influence your experience. We use to love coming to this store because the cupcakes are delicious and the employees friendly.Our last experience was not like this. Our employee had on a dirty apron, did not say hello and we clearly inconvenienced him by walking in the store and asking what flavor a few unlabeled cupcakes were.We still bought a couple because the kids were excited for them but we will skip this shop next time.

Don’t get me wrong…the cupcakes are amazing..but you are lucky if you get good customer service. Went in today, and stood there for like 10 min. No service. No hello. It was like I did not exist. So I left because this generation of young kids should have customer service if they want customers. I’m not that old but they make me feel way more wiser than I am. They could of said “be right with you”…but no I didn’t even get a look. So younger generation…GET IT TOGETHER!

One of the reasons why I go to this location is for their Filipino dessert, Halo-halo. But there had been numerous times I've specifically went here for the Halo-Halo and they don't have them. I drove 15 miles to this location yesterday & got there around 1pm and they said they can't make them. They have a variety of excuses from no ice, no ingredients, etc. I wonder what kind of business won't get ice or the necessary ingredients for the no.1 drink on the menu. It's not like they are hard to get. It seems the new management doesn't care. Why not just take that item off the menu? It's kinda ridiculous.

I ordered 2cakes (worth $300) from this place 2weeks before my daughter's Graduation and Birthday party. They called me ON THE DAY of my daughter's party to tell me that they wont be able to process my order. The reason? According to John, they've been having power problems for weeks!!!. Seriously? They've been having problems with their power for weeks, and John decided to call me THE DAY of my daughter's party that they wont be able to process my order... AKA we wont be getting the 2 cakes, we are on our own, and we are screwed!!!! That pretty much summed up my conversation with John. He told me that he will process my refund as soon as it's convenient for him. The story doesn't end there. I called the following week to follow up my refund and they disconnected their phone. UNBELIEVABLE !!! Please please please save yourself from business scammers like BAKED DESSERT BAR!!!

Just cupcakes. And a few cake options. I think the prices need to come down a few dollars. But if your in the mood they have many options. They also have the miniature sized cupcakes so that you can try more flavors and hopefully find something you like. I have 3 stars because the ones I tried did not wow me. It’s to expensive to not be wowed. But if you have the funds you can go wild I suppose and hope you find a flavor that really impresses you. I wonder how the cakes taste?

I placed a very large order for Christmas cupcakes. Over $400 worth of cupcakes. I received a call after 9:30pm the night before pick up stating they didn’t have enough cupcakes and that they could only fill 2 six packs and none of 14 4 packs I ordered. The manager Bri refused to contact me personally when asked by her employee. He kept having to relay phone calls between her and I. In the end I asked for a refund. Now I have about 16 hours to find a replacement since the packs I ordered were to be gifts. Nothing was done to make amends. Just blown off. There are so many gourmet dessert bars out there now, and I will take my $400+ orders elsewhere from now on.
