We brought our entire family here to celebrate a birthday . We will never come to this location again. We bought 3 ice creams at the double single price, only to see a sign outside that kids scoops were only 2.29. This was never brought up server and when brought to her attention she did not offer to reimburse. But BIGGEST problem was thT when my grandaughter asked for a complimentary cup of water we were told that only way we could have water was to buy a bottle. This is after we already OVERPAID for the ice cream!!! Worst customer service ever. Lost a customer. P.s. the sample amount on the little spoon was microscopic.

Me and my family went to this store we didn't feel welcome, unfortunately I wasn't able to get the lady with green eyes and the chubby with black hair employees I don't like to post bad reviews, but unfortunately these ladies gave horrible customer service and happened already twice.
Good luck if you are going to get a cake there you have to guess what flavor it is if you ask they will respond with a bad attitude, (I know it is marked down on the box with abbreviations like cc cv etc.. but I just don't get what it means sorry) or They will tell you do not open the refrigerator door not even for 10 seconds to be able to see the other cake stiles are behind. It used to be a great place to go get cakes 😕. My son wanted to get the bread & ice cream for special occasion and ended up getting a solid ice cream

I’m not going to call any worker out specifically but when I went in today I noticed a lot of visible cross contamination in the ice creams and I chose to ignore it even though I have a mildly serious allergy to nuts. I’m fine but did have a minor allergic reaction from whatever else the scooper had previously touched. I’m just worried for people who may have more serious allergies than myself, you might want to go to a different location until this is addressed (unless this is a one time thing idk)

Worse service ever. Do not buy your ice cream cakes here unless you know exactly what you want. If the employee makes a mistake and sells you a white cake after you ask for a chocolate, you will be stuck per nichole the manager. And she told me to please put her name down which i have. i never really cared too much forBR’s anyway cause it taste like artificial sand made up to be ice cream. i spent $51 there within the past 3 days. i am not going to mention which day as it is not important. What is important is too many of these businesses are burning their customers and just dont care. i won't be back. i will also contact theBBB regarding this. I Should Have Read Their Reviews. If You Are Buying Plain Ice Cream You are Golden. If You are Buying a Cake, Proceed at Your Own Risk. The Employee’s Have No Knowledge and are Loss. I Even Made It Simple for Them. Put the Chocolate Cakes On One Side of the Refrigerator (CLEARLY MARKED/CHOCOLATE BATTER, and WHITE BATTER ON THE OTHER SIDE CLEARLY MARKED.) The Problem Is Clearly Lack of Service Here. They are a great support to our local schools.

We ordered the Reeses PB Chocolate Polar Pizza for a birthday Celebration. Disappointed in the taste. Hard to put my finger on it but the taste just didn't wow or excite us.

Be careful when you go there. The ladies there act like the whole ice cream is $0.99 when pointing at the cone, even give you the ice cream to eat, assure you the ice cream (not just the cone) is $0.99 (like a special deal), then actively pull the "miscommunication card" when you are stuck paying $10 and your appetite for an ice cream. It's a very similar trick to tourist scammers who charge you for things you didn't ask for. The workers here are really shady and underhanded.I understand ice cream isn't generally $1 anymore, but don't give in and pay if they do this to you.
