We all know the ice cream what sets this place apart is there staff. All I can say is they hire right! The staff is helpful and diligent about making the guest experience grand. We drive to this location even though it may not be the closest. Good Job!

Love coming to our local Baskin Robbin’s. We’re greeted with a friendly smile and cheerful staff. Always patient as my kids make their flavor decisions, even helping with samples. Thank you Chino Hills Baskin Robbin’s!

The place is always clean and the employees always take there time to prepare the ice cream. My friends and I typically share a banana split with chocolate fudge drizzle. We typically pick caramel and chocolate ice cream to go with it. I like the rocky road ice cream at Baskin Robbins because it has so many toppings in it already. They have a $3 special on Tuesdays from 1:00pm - 3:00pm. They are open late as well. The employees continue to change but they are always nice.
