Reviews for BevMo!

One of the WORST places to call to get an inquiry on an item thanks to STACY. Very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL over the phone. I'm glad I have NOT had the pleasure to meet her in store because she's someone that should not be dealing with customers on the sales floor. All of the other employees I have interacted with are very friendly and helpful. If it wasn't for their great attitude I would not be shopping at this location. I hope she reads this! BevMo says goodbye to the dying Chino Hills location. Well they moved to the Chino Spectrum Towne Center. A hop, skip, and a jump further south. Still like that BevMo price matches with Total Wine & More. (5 Stars) Beautiful open layout. (5 Stars) Fast and Friendly Service. (5 Stars) Plenty of Parking. (5 Stars) Cheers Yelpers!

This store is the only store that gives a hard time when trying to price match. All other stores I have worked at and have shopped at value the customer and the price match. Two separate parties offerd to pay paied and because they knew each other they wouldn't honor the price match. Worst bevmo by far. Will not go back.
