· famous taiwanese restaurant in LA known for their signature mini hot pot

· came for their lunch special prices that was 20$ including tax as of July 2025 (comes with FREE winter melon tea or green tea)

· the seafood hot pot was filled to the top with vegetables + finished with a raw egg

· loved the spicy beef hot soup (good flavor + lots of ingredients like tofu and napa cabbage)

· i took advantage of their free soup refill at least three times

· wish there were more seasonal promotion because its considered very pricey these days

tldr: good hot pot thats worth when you come for lunch special

Food is always good, but the service is not. They’re prioritizing people who came and joined the waitlist later than us just because we have a bigger party of 4. There were a couple of open tables for a good 30mins and they weren’t calling people in to get the line moving.

Update: we finally got seated after more than an hour… and surprise surprise, it’s not lunch time anymore😂 we got here before 2pm and got seated past 3pm, and they’re not honoring the lunch time promo and price. Lmao

Wow! We had such an amazing experience at this BP tonight. The menu and food quality is so amazing, but what blew me away tonight was the outstanding, very sweet, and attentive service. The staff was so friendly and kind and they were all so, SO helpful with everything. They all work so hard to make sure your drinks are always filled, broth is topped off, and anything else you could possibly need. I definitely recommend this location, and if you have not tried BP before, trust me when I say that you will not regret it.

Drove 30 minutes to pick up my online order, only to find out it’s cash only. No notice online at all. Had to run to the bank just to pay. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

I been eating at this restaurant for a very long time on the beginning the restaurant was very clean , I haven’t eaten here for a while but I recently went to eat and what a surprise! The restaurant is very dirty I didn’t felt at easy while I was eating , all I could think about is omg I am definitely going to get sick the restrooms are so dirty and nasty, I understand that they are busy but please clean the restaurant and the restrooms PLEASE ! prices definitely went up that’s understandable but I don’t think that I’ll come back to eat here until hopefully food and sanitation will check this restaurant and re rate it.

Since everything has improved, have we started going back to the past again? Sunday , twodays ago even though I went after 3:30 and they weren’t very busy, both the service and the food were horrible. The crab meat and corn, and overall, it feels like I’m eating someone else’s leftovers. And i paid $28+2tips🤣 me alone

a popular spot for Taiwanese mini hot pots, and it's easy to see why it’s always bustling, especially on weekends. Be prepared to wait in line, but checking in at the kiosk helps streamline the process. Once inside, you’ll notice the space is a bit snug, but the cozy vibe adds to the charm.

Their lunch sets are a great deal, and they even include a fresh drink. However, I found the winter melon tea to be overly sweet, 😫which made it a bit hard to enjoy.
just maybe skip the tea if you’re not into super sweet drinks.

BP PLEASE turn down the AC at this location, it is always absurdly cold it is hard to enjoy hot pot at this temperature without a jacket. I had a waiter take my order only to see their breath in a February in California.
