Ah, Buffalo Wild Wings—once the go-to spot for wings, beer, and sports. Unfortunately, this location has been riding a steady downhill slide for the past five years, and at this point, it’s more of a fumble than a touchdown.
Let’s start with the service. If you’re in a rush, don’t bother. The wait staff moves at a speed that would make a snail look like an Olympic sprinter. Need a beer? You’ll have plenty of time to ponder life’s great mysteries while your frosty pint takes an eternity to arrive. I could’ve brewed my own by the time it hit the table.
And the wings—oh, the wings. Once plump and satisfying, they’ve shrunk down to sad little pigeon nuggets. If these are “jumbo,” then I’m the starting quarterback for the Chiefs.
As for the front desk staff, let’s just say their attitude makes the stale fries look warm and inviting. If you enjoy being greeted with eye-rolls and sighs, you’re in luck!
All in all, this place used to be a highlight reel, but now it’s just playing reruns of disappointment. Unless management calls a serious timeout to fix things, I’d suggest taking your wing cravings elsewhere.
And for the love of God, TURN DOWN THE MUSIC! Make sure to bring your own megaphone if you want to have a conversation with anybody at your table.

Ordered at 4:06pm for pickup Thursday 4:30pm. Not busy at all. Didn’t get my order until 4:50pm. The 2 ladies at the front kept talking in front instead of checking on my order. Then when I received my order by tenders were plain even though the order says Sweet BBQ. I then tell them and they didn’t give me a side sauce of bbq. They barely smeared them. Horrible customer service and no reason for my order to be late. Will never come again.

My husband and I went here to eat. After sitting the waiter smelled like strong alcohol. She was overbearing and loud like she couldn’t hear us. She was not coherent. She supposedly took our order and said she would bring back our drinks. We waited 25min and never received a drink. She came back to our table three times and asked again what we wanted to drink. Then we saw her hugging and touching other guest without their permission. The couple in the booth behind us left after she took there order. We waited 40min with no drink in sight. She returned to our table and begin to put her hands on my husband shoulders. After my husband brushed her off she turned to me and told me she loved me. We were now livid. We got up from the table and demanded to speak with the manager. The manager informed us that the waitress was indeed intoxicated and that she was being sent home. We told her we were leaving anyways after the horrible experience. This was the worst service I have ever received or experienced at any eating establishment. As a manager I don’t see how you couldn’t see a worker offending the customers. As a manager you couldn’t smell the alcohol on her. As a manager you allowed customers to leave due to a waitress being highly intoxicated on the clock. We will never be back to this location. And I’m shocked that so little was done about it.

Absolute worst wings I've ever had. Wings were dry and only sauce on one side. Service was horrible high price for frozen chicken and terrible service . I had to wash my hands after touching my cup from all the syrup on it.. wish I could give him negative Stars.

Food was fresh. Came out hot. Service was great. Busy day, as dodgers are in the playoffs and we went during game time. Waiter let us know that they had a huge increase in orders just as the game started and that food may be longer than usual. That being said, we waited maybe 15 or 20 minutes for the food, no big deal. Everyone was hyped for the game. We stayed maybe 3 hours (whole length of the game) and didn't feel rushed at all. Staff was amazing, food was great, atmosphere was awesome. Great times.
Parking: Huge parking lot. Plenty of space.

Make sure to say extra sauce or extra seasoning if you’re getting wings from here. They legit did not add any to my wings. 10% of the wings were covered with sauce. Make sure you tell them multiple times to add extraaa sauce. If you’re lucky, they’ll add the normal amount of sauce. Good luck ordering from here. HORRIBLE location.

Tried ordering online . The app wouldn’t work , the website wouldn’t work , the location in general wouldn’t work . Basically there was a promo going on . Online only . I’m all for it . So I went in showed the staff what messages I was getting stating (online ordering wasn’t working and to call the location) Andrew came out (one of the managers) not sure if he is good luck or something but just like that IT WORKS. squared everything up in an instant , time was great , food smacked , I made sure I tipped the kitchen . They even hooked it up with extra ranch . this guy and his staff were really cool so yeah, I wanted to make sure I left a good review . Good Stuff BWW Chino Hills
We were outside waiting for my husband to finish paying. And there was a sign outside that had a poster taped on in and there was a breeze and the post fell off and my 12 year old son went to pick it up from the floor as he was picking it up to place it back on the manager with the die eye came out and snatched it from my sons hand and told stop doing that and never asked what happened and only assumed he was trying to pull it off . And started yelling at him . What kind of manager is that.

We ordered online. When we went to pick up the order, they had "forgotten " the fries, and after we went back to complain. They gave us this. A "large" order or fries. We asked them if they had mistaken the order for a small order, but first, they gave us a super rude attitude. This review won't make a difference I know but man I'm never going back to this location. F all.

The sampler appetizer was good, and so was the burger. However, the chicken tenders were not good; they were over-fried and rubbery. I would expect to get 5 good pieces, and 2 of them were like chunks. I don't like to send food back, though. We may give it another shot bcuz the service was good.
