The wings were dry, hard and disgusting. It was my first time coming to this place.

Service was good, the staff anticipated our needs on the refills. The tables themselves were a little dirty. Seems to attempt to cater to the sports watching crowd but the reality is that it's families that are in the are; so it misses the mark on the bar concept. The flavor was a bit salty on the beef cheesesteak sandwich I had and the flavoring wasn't pronounced at all. Biggest complaint would have to be the pricing I mean for 6 wings that were not that big nor that flavorful at all for $13 that's kind of outrageous. Imagine how many other options we could have had for better quality food and experience; live an learn I suppose.

Ouch! I went in to get dinner, I can walk here and see it from my house almost, but, when I went in they said there was a fight playing that night and I had to pay for the fight, I told them I did not care about the fight and I was hungry and just wanted to eat. They said too bad must pay. I told them I would not eat there, even though they were so close, it’s been over 10 years and still have not gone there.

Since about 10:05am someone inside has been playing the dopest music over the loud speakers. I'm on lunch, hear it loud and clear in the parking lot

Whoever you are, keep it up 😂

these people couldn’t tell left from right if it was in front of them. Waited an hour for some mid wings and they never came. what are we doing? pick up the pace and maybe check on the customers every once in a while.

Service is always terrible here. 15 minute greet, can’t ever get a refill, forgot my fries, forgot my entire meal. I’ve been here a few times and each server tends to be the same. I’ve only ever seen a manager once. Place needs serious help

Ravyn is amazing!!! She was managing an entire section by herself, taking orders, bussing, serving, during all-you-can-eat. Large parties, repetitive orders, she’s stellar!! She was able to keep up and give everyone great service and was super friendly. Very attentive, kind and authentic.
If you ever eat here, i hope you get Ravyn!! <3

The waiter Rhione, had a very bad attitude; at the end of the night he even threw us the receipt. I think they should take better care of who they have serving their customers.

I give up on these trash places. How you have the balls to mess up my order then expect me to pay for something I did t eat is just a joke. Like always I blame management for this piss poor attempt at running chain restaurant.

Help your staff out rather that sit on the side gossiping with the other staff.

Ah, Buffalo Wild Wings—once the go-to spot for wings, beer, and sports. Unfortunately, this location has been riding a steady downhill slide for the past five years, and at this point, it’s more of a fumble than a touchdown.

Let’s start with the service. If you’re in a rush, don’t bother. The wait staff moves at a speed that would make a snail look like an Olympic sprinter. Need a beer? You’ll have plenty of time to ponder life’s great mysteries while your frosty pint takes an eternity to arrive. I could’ve brewed my own by the time it hit the table.

And the wings—oh, the wings. Once plump and satisfying, they’ve shrunk down to sad little pigeon nuggets. If these are “jumbo,” then I’m the starting quarterback for the Chiefs.

As for the front desk staff, let’s just say their attitude makes the stale fries look warm and inviting. If you enjoy being greeted with eye-rolls and sighs, you’re in luck!

All in all, this place used to be a highlight reel, but now it’s just playing reruns of disappointment. Unless management calls a serious timeout to fix things, I’d suggest taking your wing cravings elsewhere.

And for the love of God, TURN DOWN THE MUSIC! Make sure to bring your own megaphone if you want to have a conversation with anybody at your table.
