Went in yesterday which I come to this location a lot but this time it was the most horrible experience ever. Waiting 30 minutes to be seated After 2 guests went before. The hostess said he was cleaning a table for us but never came back to us. Finally got seating now we’re waiting another 40 minutes for our order to be taken. Then when our food arrived it was cold. Since we been waiting and haven’t eaten that day we just turf it out to eat it. But this was a horrible experience To the staff to the food. Then when asked for a manager. No one never came to me. So now I had to write in the reviews. I’m a very unsatisfied customer

Extremely understaffed!
Waited forever for service, never got a refill or even an offer to buy another drink during the meal. When I was done eating, I put my credit card on the table waiting for server to come by. I waited so long, a couple sat down at the bar, ordered a meal, finished eating, paid the bartender and left…all while I was still waiting to find my server and pay for my meal. I finally went to the bar and asked to pay there, but the bartender couldn’t. She took my card and went and found my server. Then he acted offended when I only tipped 10%…in reality, I shouldn’t have tipped anything!!! I walked up and left the bartender an extra $5 for her assistance.
Stay away, unless you want extremely poor, slow service.

I was very disappointed with this Buffalo Wild Wings the waitressing or waiters were extremely lagging the food was all skin and seasoning for the wings the best part about the whole meal was a damn potato wedges but the chicken sucked the waiter had an attitude and it took forever to get our food only got home to eat it it wasn't even worth the effort to go get it really disappointing

Being ignored at the host stand was a red flag we shouldn't have ignored. The service never improved, and the wings were dry and stale. A complete waste of a meal.

While sitting at the bar I had an issue with an employee changing a Dodgers playoff game to a Monday night football game without asking if it was going to be an inconvenience for me and my group nor did they offer to compensate. The person was not accommodating and rude with his response when I asked to have it changed back. My group and I had to change seats to have a better view of the game on a different screen. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager was a no show. My server, Breanna, did comp me a soft drink but had no response for the manager not showing up. What a coward. This is my worst experience at any BWW restaurant. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Came here on a Friday evening at 6:20pm. The restaurant is less than half full. We were seated immediately but waited for 20 minutes and no waiter bothered to stop by for a greeting or take order. The staff obviously are not well trained and the manager is no where to be found. I walked out after waiting more than 20 minutes after being completely ignored. To be fair, I didn’t get a chance to try their food, which is why I give it 3 stars. Service should be a zero but the lowest option is 1 star, which I don’t believe they deserve. Avoid this place unless you have no other plan for the night.

Wow! Never again! That’s what I get for letting my curiosity wonder! Do not come to this location they will treat you horribly with super slow service on top of that. Making people wait longer because you are understaff or super busy is not a customer problem! Do better !! Was so surprised how many customers they lost in the first few mins of walking in!

The service was immaculate. The waiters checked in a timely matter and made sure that we had refills on our beverages. However, as a long time patron of BWW, I was very dissatisfied with the quality of wings they served. I could literally taste the freezer off the wings. Very dissatisfied and will be only going there for beers from now on if ever again.
