I wish I could give them zero stars. We ordered food to be delivered through their website. Not only did it take forever to arrive, we only received half our order. Everything was cold!! I called to complain about it and the manager assured me that he had refunded me my full amount. He said to wait from 8-10 business days for my money to show up on my bank account. Well, it’s now been over two weeks and I never got my money back!! Worst customer service ever. Do not order from this place!!

Noisy, so loud with a game on we had to shout at each other just to communicate.Food was way overpriced along with the beer.Service was virtually non existent.It will most likely be the last time I ever eat at Buffalo Wild Wings.

Since the entrance until the exit everything was on time, delicious. The guy that helps us with our order very friendly and professional. But a extra pay for watch a FIGHT come on. Are you really a sport bar.

Well it's been at least 10 years ago since my Wife and I been there and it's still the same. I wished it was updated with a newer look and our Server was very nice but he didn't bring our Drinks first and ask if we were ready to order. Our tall glasses of Blue Moons were not Topped which was a let down to see. And no Cherries available for my Son's Shirley Temple drink, a Bar with Spirits should have Cherries for particular drinks. So it was a bad experience and will not be coming back. Workers were nice and greetful though and a Plus for that.

I finally decided to order online for take out. I ordered the 20/20 bundle. I was already surprised that I could only have one flavor for the bone-in and oneflavor for boneless. But I went ahead with it anyway.Immediately noticed that the "large" fries were skimpy when I got back to my car, but I decided not to go back in.Then to my surprise, when I get home, almost my entire order of bone-in wings are drumettes. I prefer flats, so as the person purchasing this meal, as one could imagine, I was extremely displeased. There are 3 flats in the whole 20 piece.

Wings are solid but overall for the prices, the food is not great. Got the nachos appetizer with added brisket but there was barely any brisket... The flavors weren't bad but the toppings were rather sad. I don't recommend getting their burgers. There aren't a lot of people and not a lot of servers or employees either.
