Just drove there to try for the first time and its closed when it should be open! Lights off and doors locked. Its 5:40 pm on a Sunday

Sadly it took almost an hour to get the three burger pack, fries, and an onion rings. Which would have been in understandable had there been a rush and not only five customers. However the BURGERS looked delicious on the sign so I couldn't wait to try something new. When I got home it was definitely not worth the wait! Or the MONEY. Instead of burgers I pulled out a pack of what looked like three very badly made little sliders. When you pay $0.79 ea. additional for all the add-ons such as the bacon avocado and the onion ring you should actually get those. Unfortunately the food was barely edible my son tried to make it through the one slider winded up giving the other two to the dog. The fries and onion rings had set too long so they were mushy and cold by the time we got them To top it off, my son ended up waking up with a stomach ache from the one he did eat I'm not quite sure what was wrong with it he did give me a bite and the meat did taste bad.

We have heard reports that this place is very slow at getting you the food. People have to remember this is a gourmet burger joint. That means it will take longer to make. We got our food for 4 people in just at the 10 minute mark. That’s a decent time for gourmet or restaurant style burgers. This place is not a fast food restaurant. The burgers

we got a family pack to go and it filled up my family: 2 boys, myself and a very hungry hubby. very tasty and great quality. I like the variety of ways to customize the burgers. we will be back to try some of the bigger burgers next time.

Honestly 4Star because price, but the wait time has definitely improved since open.

So I've been to this location twice. The first time was the first week it opened. We ordered two items including a salmon burger. After about 35 minutes we were informed that they were having trouble cooking the Salmon Burger and asked if we would like replace our order. The second time was recently when I tried to swing by and pick up an order for lunch. I arrived at 11:45 am and was informed that the store was not open yet (it clearly opens at 11:00 am). I was not told when it would be opening and wanted to find out when they were opening because I wanted to avoid driving across town to get something else. However, the staff had locked the door and ignored me. I tried calling three times to ask about thier opening time but was ignored. Anyways, i keep trying to give this company the benefit of the doubt but each time I am dissapointed by thier service and lack of professionalism. Best of luck with opening the new franchise location, I hope you get it together soon. Frankly, I dont care if this supposed to be a gourmet burger place...without improving your service it's kinda pointless.

The food is fresh and delicious. I absolutely love the fries.

1 star is the best I can do. I realize that they just recently opened, but we've been waiting over a half hour for food. Food is slow coming out of the kitchen and front staff needs much more training. The meals that are coming out are incomplete. Too bad there doesn't appear to be anyone here with knowledge or experience to help the staff out (with the exception of one of the girls at the front...but she can't do it all!). Not sure if and when we'll be back...

I rarely ever post reviews, so you know it’s bad when I take the time to post one. If you want to people watch and be entertained with the horrible service, this is definitely the spot to be. The food, when it finally does arrive is cold and not eatable. I’ve watched one couple ask for their money back because they had been waiting over 40 minutes for their food, one family had to eat and finish their food before the last family member got his food about 25 minutes after they finished. One lady returned her cold fries and asked for them to be warmed up.

Very tasty burgers. Thank you to the chef's in back working hard. Staff is very friendly and lots of smiles. Food is delicious and will be going back for more.

I was so glad to see that this place was opening so close to us. Then I went to eat there. My excitement, much like their menu, was an empty husk of it's former self. Firstly, the menu does not have beer or any kind of pork, as the establishment observes a specific religious custom...kind of like Kosher places. I have no problem with different menus or specific choices made by the owners, variety is the spice of life. My issue comes in when there is no signage, notice or clear indication that this establishment follows certain customs. Secondly, and this affected my wife and kid, you never mess around with a hungry kid and wife--a quarter of their menu was just out. The cashier was apologetic and kind as she told us, the entire staff was all smiles as they tried to catch up on the orders. This was two days ago for lunch about 1pm or so. They did not have falafel, aged Angus, the Spanish burger and no turkey. The wait for the food we did get was about 30 minutes. There was no digital drink machine like at Azusa and Glendora. The site is also painfully small, restricted lobby space and no outdoor patio area. I've never been disappointed in one of these places until now. I would recommend going to another BurgerIM, or visit the Doghaus and local Smashbuger.
