I just want to start by saying I never leave reviews but I have to with the service I just got let me just say how impressed i was with my drive thru order today 11/20/24 at 2:37pm with cashier Daniel he was wonderful, outstanding and so friendly thank you!! He even offered if I want any sauces, no one does that anymore, we always have to ask and they always seem annoyed. So once again thank you Daniel, I appreciate you!! :)

Went through drive through and the employee Kyle was fantastic. He was very kind and even managed to convince me to upgrade my meal by trying one of their Baller drinks. Wow so good! 10/10 service

Don't order delivery on the app. They marked our order as delivered, it never showed up - it is absolutely impossible to get any kind of support or refund! What a scam.

DO NOT ORDER LATE DELIVERY So I ordered late night delivery because I was up working on a project. My order was show as delivered, but nothing ever came. I have no delivery person name, no phone number to call. The store's number is conveniently disconnected - I've been trying for almost a week now to get a refund, no luck. This is insanity to me. I guess Ill just have to call the card company and report it as fraud. I'm guessing its a franchise but clearly the owners don't care. What a pain. This is way too much attention, effort, and energy dealing with this simply because I wanted to order some food.
Ordered delivery using Carls Jr app. Order marked as delivered, never delivered. Phone number on receipt/order email is disconnected. ap has no way to get support. I guess sill have to stop-pay on my card.

The worst burger I ever had. Came out cold, with meat slime on it, and it tasted nasty had to throw away most of it. It was almost $19 for the combo and it was the worst thing I've ever ate. I won't be eating at Carl's Jr ever again.
