I literally crave Cava every week. The Rancho location is by my house but I go to the Chino Hills one because the food is better and the staff are fast and friendly. Annie, Hayden, and Joaquin (sorry if I misspelled!) are THE best!

Cava is my go to meal after yoga. Everything is fresh and the meats are cooked to perfection. Service is always great! Annie made extra an effort to make sure my order was perfect.

First time eating here at Cava in Panama City Beach, Fl and my experience was AWESOME! Friendly staff, very very helpful because there are so many choices. Absolutely delicious! I’ll be back and I will recommend to everyone! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I enjoy a good Mediterranean bowl, but this was a bowl of slop. It’s a hodgepodge of so-called fresh foods sitting on wilted greens or overcooked grains. Then they have the audacity to charge a premium price for a low-grade lunch. My drink was nearly $4. I was told it only comes in a large, which is why it’s so expensive, but for that amount I can buy a carton of juice from a grocery store. It’s simply ridiculous how much CAVA costs. I don’t recommend it.

I placed a large order for a work event directly through the company’s website (not a third-party service). Unfortunately, several meals were missing from our order, and despite reaching out for assistance, no resolution or refund has been provided. I was informed that a case had been opened, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service. As a result, our office will not be ordering from this establishment again.
