10/18- we decided to come to eat we had about 15 including a baby in our group, four of us came inside to use the restroom. We saw servers getting our table ready for us there was a high chair at our table. We went back out then we got called to be seated and the hair chair was gone. A server came to us and let us know that they only had a small amount of high chairs they were all being used at the moment. They had told me that they would keep an eye out for one to bring to us, said that was okay no worries. Maybe ten minutes go by and this family gets seated and they got a hair chair quick. I asked the manager if there was an high chair open he went and checked and told me there was none I did get upset so my husband has to go get the stroller from the car. The manager sees that we had the stroller and out of no where he brings a hair chair? Like really?? You see we have the stroller why bring the high chair. AND to make things worst that family that got the high chair never used it, their baby was sleeping the whole time. If you have kids that use high chairs don't bother coming to this location, only four high chairs. Do better!

I ordered chicken wings, barbecue, and a house salad with the watermelon lemonade, i received my salad and my wings at the same time. I wasn't expecting that I really wanted my salad first, then by the time I got done with my salad, I noticed the wings. Looked and smelled, spicy. I can't do spicy, so I had to wait for someone to come by. So I could explain to them. I ordered barbecue, then when they brought me the barbecue ones, they were saturated with barbecue sauce, to much, could barely eat them, took half of them home, gave them to my daughter, everything was just okay. Actually, the salad was pretty good. I think my server was new. I'm an ex server, I felt sorry for him so I did leave him a tip, even though I didn't want to, but he would have gotten more if everything would have been better including the service and the understanding of my order, it wasn't difficult
Went to this restaurant 07/25/2025 to celebrate our grandsons birthday. We were a party of eight, including two infants. The hostess seated our party literally at the restroom door stating that it was for the safety of our group. Although upon entering the restaurant, there's a family with an toddler literally crawling across the dining table seated at the entrance of the establishment. Yet we are seated at the restroom in the rear of the restaurant. I don't believe this is policy, this was an act of RACISM. Period. To seat guests near the restroom because they have two infants is horrible and so was the service. Needless to say we won't return to this location. Racism is never acceptable, nor is racist behavior, although this restaurant thinks it is. Our celebration was ruined by the experience at this restaurant. We can not relive celebrating grandsons birthday on this date. It was ruined by this staff

Services here are exceptional! Derrek, Sean, and Isaiah provided me a very enjoyable dining experience. Derrek was very knowledgeable and recommended dishes / beverages that were so delicious. Isaiah was very attentive and did a good job seating me at a cozy, comfortable place. I can see him being a good food-runner or waiter. Sean was very accommodating during my visit. I will definitely go back to Chili’s in Chino Hills. Thumbs up!! 👍

One of the best Chili’s locations we’ve been to!
The food was flavorful and arrived quickly, and we were seated without a wait. Our server, Shaun, was attentive and friendly throughout our meal. The food runner—whose name we didn’t catch—was a standout. He not only brought a joke of the day for our kids, but we overheard him doing the same with other tables, spreading good energy and laughs all around. It’s rare to see that kind of genuine, consistent interaction. The entire team was warm, inviting, and clearly worked well together. Delicious food, great service, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!
