Chop Stop

Came at 8:39 on 12/22/24 and they were closed when online and on thier door clearly states they close at 9pm. We drove 15 minutes out to get this food. Really sucks. Wonder how early they really closed.

I got a rice bowl and it said it came with salsa but didn’t get it 😅 so it was ok next time I’m getting a salad they look better from what I saw with my friends

Clean healthy lunch option! Lots of options to choose from. I opted for customized salad and salmon chopped salad. So many fresh veggies toppings and protein choices. The portions are hearty and generous. If you're feeling like a nice healthy salad without having to chop up all the ingredients, Chop Stop is a great option!

First time here and I loved it. I felt welcomed and the lady at the front was super sweet! The salad was so delicious and filling! I would say the prices are reasonable and not crazy expensive! I’m so glad I stopped by!

I love Chop Stop but this location always seems to be lacking the customer service atmosphere. I try calling while on my lunch usually around 12 during the weekdays and nobody answers the phone so I ended up going elsewhere. Started doing online orders instead and when arriving to pick up my order the worker is never in sight (always in the back), I have to wave them down or say hello to get their attention only for them to come out like they hate their job with airpods in (no wonder they never answer the phone). not sure if I will be returning to this location although the food is never a problem.

We visit this location frequently, not sure we will in the future....usually the staff is very attentive and actually present in the shop. I'm writing this as I sit in the parking lot. Seems there is a new employee that is more interested in what's on his phone than who's in the shop. I had to knock several times on the counter and basically yell into the back to get him to move from his leaning on the shelf position. He ended up just staring at me and let his coworker help me.I will probably be looking for another chop stop to spend money with.

Young employees are a little outrageously non customer service oriented. If you’re too friendly they may call the police. True story. Luckily the fresh salad ingredients make us keep going back.And the employees are always new because young people rather collect $ from the tax payers than work like my generation and the hundreds before me ~Yeah, just waiting ~

This was my very first visit time visiting. I have to stay they have a variety of a menu . The salad I ordered was very delicious. For the people saying this place is expensive. You pay for what you get . You want quality and fresh this is the spot . If you’re looking for a $5 dollar salad just to go ms Donald’s . The place was very clean and organized. I highly recommend this place and the staff was friendly .

So this is my second time at this location in chino hills and I must say I was very disappointed…. I ordered a Greek Chop and what I was received wasn’t a chopped salad I basically received a basic salad, none of the romaine lettuce was chopped and when I asked if they can chop my salad both employees refused and told me that’s how it comes… I politely asked if they “in general “ chopped the salads here they both said yes… but for whatever reason refused to actually chop my salad, at a point I did again politely ask for a refund because the quality and quantity of the salad wasn’t worth $13 , 1 employee which was a young girl didn’t know how to issue a refund and called her manager while waiting she began to cry which I didn’t understand why and I absolutely felt bad because it wasn’t my intention on top of that I’m the customer and all I requested was for my salad to be chopped. I ended up just taking the salad because I was pressed for time and I was on my way to work ….. to say the least I didn’t enjoy the salad due to other ingredients being pre-chopped and the big pieces of romaine lettuce… definitely a waste of $13 and I will not be back just for how both employees made me feel like I was in the wrong , 1 crying for no reason and the other who actually made my salad just standing there. First visit was the reason I came the second time. I went 12/30/22 @ 8:00pm

The salad looked like the kind they have at Albertson’s for 3 for $10. The lettuce was a little wilted. I ordered the salmon salad and there was no salmon in there besides a few salmon crumbles. Then I ordered the chicken soup and it tasted like hospital food. It had no flavor at all. I couldn’t even eat it. Total waste. ?

Great salads. Easy to use online menu and they have freshest ingredients. The taste of fresh and tasty salads is amazing

Very clean witch is a big plus for me. A good healthy option
