I love Chop Stop but this location always seems to be lacking the customer service atmosphere. I try calling while on my lunch usually around 12 during the weekdays and nobody answers the phone so I ended up going elsewhere. Started doing online orders instead and when arriving to pick up my order the worker is never in sight (always in the back), I have to wave them down or say hello to get their attention only for them to come out like they hate their job with airpods in (no wonder they never answer the phone). not sure if I will be returning to this location although the food is never a problem.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a salad online received notification that it was ready. I went inside to pick it up. They had no record of my order. Ended up ordering a Salad onsite. Customer Service was awful. I paid for extra avocado on my salad. Did not get a slither of the avocado I paid for. Sad. Lots of money spent for a low quality salad.

Tonight I was impressed! Been coming here the past few months for a chicken salad when I want to be healthy and let me tell you the service by the young ladies working tonight was top notch. Highly recommend this spot to anyone in the area or traveling by you will not be disappointed!

Service was decent. Food was good! Love a fresh salad. Went during closing time almost empty and team was closing and cleaning up. A lot of soda was out of service

Delicious food pretty much every time, however, the majority of their employees are extremely rude. Even when I place phone orders and pickup they are always in such a bad mood. Dampens the place for sure. Their salads are really good. Pricey, but good!

It was my first time trying this restaurant, I had the bbq chop and I would recommend it to other first time visitors. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service here, our cashier bilkees was very friendly and patient. The restaurant was also very clean.

We visit this location frequently, not sure we will in the future....usually the staff is very attentive and actually present in the shop. I'm writing this as I sit in the parking lot. Seems there is a new employee that is more interested in what's on his phone than who's in the shop. I had to knock several times on the counter and basically yell into the back to get him to move from his leaning on the shelf position. He ended up just staring at me and let his coworker help me.I will probably be looking for another chop stop to spend money with.

Young employees are a little outrageously non customer service oriented. If you’re too friendly they may call the police. True story. Luckily the fresh salad ingredients make us keep going back. And the employees are always new because young people rather collect $ from the tax payers than work like my generation and the hundreds before me ~Yeah, just waiting ~

This was my very first visit time visiting. I have to stay they have a variety of a menu . The salad I ordered was very delicious. For the people saying this place is expensive. You pay for what you get . You want quality and fresh this is the spot . If you’re looking for a $5 dollar salad just to go ms Donald’s . The place was very clean and organized. I highly recommend this place and the staff was friendly .

We always take it to go. Love their Southwest salad. Nice place if you want to get something in the healthier side.

Salads are big enough for two people. Customers service could use some work. Produce is very fresh. I would recommend.

I've had chop stop before and didn't like it at all. BUT I finally gave this location a try and I was pleasantly surprised. I got the Santa Fe Chicken Salad with ranch instead of the cilantro vinaigrette. Tasted good and fresh. I only wish they cut up the avocado and gave more chicken. But overall I'd eat here again.

I came in here last Sunday (5/14) around 7:00pm as I'm new to living in the area and am looking for my new "healthy food" (read: Wrap/salad) spot. I can safely say I found it. I did find the menu overwhelming as there were so many selections to choose from (NOT a bad thing!) so I settled on what I believe is called the Asian Chop served in a wrap with added avocado. The wrap cost about $14 since I added avocado and requested an extra sauce on the side. The wrap was so good! The vegetables were fresh and crunchy, the chicken was well seasoned and cooked perfectly, and the consistency of the wrap was perfect - not too thick/stiff, but was thick enough to support the contents of the wrap without breaking. Even better, the girl at the cash register was super sweet and patient with me while I asked questions about their menu! I can't wait to come back here and try more menu items! So happy I found my new 'healthy' food spot.

Highly disappointed. I had gone here once before and the service was great! Very friendly gal up front and my wrap was delicious! Second time around, completely opposite experience. I had placed a phone order because I have a personal rule about not going into a business a half hour before closing and I didn't want to interrupt their closing process. I was going to arrive just before 8:30 (they close at 9), so I felt I was still in the clear. When I arrived (at 8:28), all the lights were off except one behind the counter and the kitchen light and the chairs were up on the table. I genuinely thought the business had closed early. I went in and an older man and a younger guy came out from the kitchen and just stared at me- didn't ask me how they could help, or what I was there for, just silence until I spoke up and mentioned I was there for an order pickup and told them my name. They just kept staring in the bag on the counter and then I told them what my order was and they were like "ok this must be yours then"- why would you not be organized enough to know a name on an order and be so willing to give anyone just anything. He handed me the bag and said have a good night. I could have easily left but at that moment a worker who was younger girl walked in as they walked back into the kitchen and I was honest about It and told her I hadn't paid yet. She rang me up and I left. When I got home, I dove into my wrap. It was the same one I had purchased before so I knew It was something I liked but unfortunately after just a couple bites in, I had to pull a hair out from the wrap that was noticeably tangled in with some lettuce I threw the rest of my wrap away and my husband tossed his salad as well out of fear of other lingering hairs. Needless to say, we won't be returning. Now we're on the hunt for some other healthy "fast food" options.
