If I could zero stars I would for the rude customer service I received today which was none. These kids really act entitled and have the audacity to talk back to people. I will NEVER go back because as overpriced the ice cream is I do not need to be treated with resentment or bitterness. Not my fault these kids have to work there.

Cold stone is always a great choice. Props to the guy working by himself at noon on a Sunday. And while he handled it great, definitely would have been quicker with another staff to help. But overall, great service and desserts.

UPDATE: After we contacted Coldstone headquarters, the store owner/manager contacted us to let us know our refund is available when we want to pick it up. Refunded in cash. Before that, crickets and attitude. At least we got a refund. Still, it was awful business practice by the owner/manager. Original post: Last week we purchased a $50 large round ice cream cake and a large tub of ice cream. Spent $78 + tip for the awesome young lady behind the counter who mixed our "everybody's" size tub (that was great!)! The ice cream cake tasted awful, like it was old and had FREEZER BURN and it had ice crystals around it! We contacted the store about it and asked for a manager to call us back because this should not happen if they keep their inventory fresh. NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK and it's been several days. Sadly, it appears they don't care about the quality of their cakes or their customers. I would not recommend buying a cake from this particular Coldstone store. We were embarrassed when our guests were spitting out the ice cream cake and leaving it on their plates. We have never had an issue at other Coldstone stores or this one in the past. I imagine the Coldstone parent company would not tolerate this kind of business practice from one of their franchisees. I will update if they do give us a call to offer an apology and make things right. The bright side is the freshly mixed tub and the young lady behind the counter were great. But the cake was just garbage and a waste of our $.

First time I experienced them refusing to mix-in the toppings for a kids scoop. If that’s policy, then it’s news to me. I’ve been taking my daughter almost every other week for 2 years. Explain to me the reasoning for not just mixing the toppings in the ice cream scoop if I’m paying for an additional mix-in. I had to ask for a bigger cup and then just mix the ice cream myself, pretty lame.

Great spot. When i went there, a female employee named: Neftali was working really hard and with great customer service! The line built up all of a sudden, but not a single frown was on her face… She greeted everybody with a big smile and great customer service skills…Keep it up!

This place is not close to my house but on our way back home from la this is our stop and this time i found that they have an option that is dairy free that is great for people like me who just always came and ate nothing loved it

This is my first time at a Cold Stone & let me tell you it was amazing. The customer service was great, they had a young crew working and even though it was busy the line moved smoothly. It’s a busy little shopping center so up close parking was not available but it’s well lit so that’s a plus as I’m always looking for a safe environment to go to with friends & family. Overall great experience.
Still believe they have the best ice cream around especially with the mix ins.... always chocolate

There is usually a line & there will be one person working on cones. The last time I went I ordered the ‘Love it’ size, but the cup looked like it was a ‘Like It’ amount of ice cream. Disappointing.
