Domino's Pizza

They have an amazing deal! ANY PIZZA $9.99! So I ordered a large with Xtra cheese, All meats, shredded cheese and mushrooms And more and more. Total was $52.00 my receipt has $52 crossed out and $9.99 in it's place.

Do not order from here. The online order will take about an hour after the time it will say ready, the reason the pizza takes so Long is because there in zero urgency with the employee’s. They literally could care less. . Do yourself a favor and order something else.

Placed my order on a Saturday like around 6:45 for delivery. I was keeping track of my order using their app. One hour and 15 minutes later, they still had not started preparing my order. I tried to call them to cancel my order, of course no one picked up the phone. Tried to cancel on the app, and was told that I had to call them in order to cancel. I tried calling several times and they never answered their phone. My wife called on her phone too and it just rang for 30 minutes, then it just hung up on her. Finally after almost 2 hours, I finally received my order. Driver claims that they always answer the phone. What a load of BS. I'm NEVER ordering from this place again. And I advise that you don't order from them either.

Ordered online and was told 20 mins. Drove to store and waited 20 mins in car. Walked in store and they told me 90 mins longer for 2 large pizzas. Want me to cancel your order.

Supposedly a manager, but talked to me like everything was funny, it's been 2 hours, domino's is 7 minutes from my house, terrible..

I would give it zero stars if it would allow it. Absolutely terrible service! I understand it was Super Bowl Sunday however they were more than two hours behind on orders that were placed online. Completely unorganized and incompetent. Customer service was poor. They just dismissed you after questioning the status of your order.Couldn’t even give an estimate on when they would have orders ready. And didn’t have a contact number to speak to management.

This place is terrible. They put you on hold over and over again. After you order for delivery they tell you if you want your pizza in a timely manner you should come pick it up. Terrible business. They tell you their wait times online don't reflect their true wait times for your order. Order from anywhere but here. You could do better anywhere but here.

Worst delivery ever.. when I ordered it said 22-32 min.. it had been almost an hour and we are still waiting for the food to arrive..

Placed my order that did not come, waited 3 hours. Called multiple times to be put on hold every time but no one clicked over to help. I had to leave my home pizza was on my porch when I got home five hours later. They would not refund me. Terrible customer service when I called to get any support. I will never order from here again.

I placed an order at 425pm and don't receive it until 518pm. What's up with the delayed delivery? The driver leaves the store at 446pm and the expected time is 17 minutes for delivery when I am 5 minutes away from the store.
Lesson learned, no tip until the pizza is delivered. Also expect one hor for delivery.

WATCH OUT: Domino's charge $6 for delivery BUT this specific store fraudulently changed the signed receipt and added a $5 MORE to my credit card when I personally scratched the tip and placed the original total because I shouldn't have to pay the driver salary when I already paid $6 for the delivery. To make things worst the manager on duty (October 8) refused to give her name and hang up on me after asking me to wait another two days to get a call back from the district office manager when I asked to get this resolve TODAY. This is CREDIT CARD FRAUD and the store is making it worst. So next time you order from this store make sure to check your credit card charges and be careful NOT to get STOLEN

I'm sorry to say but this was not a good experience for me I ordered online and said I would have car pickup they never brought my pizza out even though I did check in and I did show the person in there that I checked in, went home to eat the pizza and that was probably the worst pizza I've ever had from a Domino's so I will not be returning to Domino's!
