This place was okay. The basic menu was $30+ and comes with the meats of your choice and rice. I wish they had more side options. It was just ok. I have been to other places that had many salad options including pot stickers so there was more to choose from.
Loved their ribeye steak!! The quality of their meats are top notch and they also have great customer service!
We came in for dinner and the wait wasn’t long but service was terrible. They seemed really rushed and often did not check in on us enough and forgot our orders and would also place meats that we didn’t ask for. The bulgogi marinade is terrible and too sweet. Edgar was our server this evening.
I had a terrible experience at Worker Korean BBQ on 4/20 around 8 PM. The service was extremely poor, and the manager was especially unprofessional and rude. I felt completely disrespected during my visit, and the overall treatment from the staff was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money—there are much better options out there.
The food was great, it was busy, so service was a bit slow... it took forever to get second round of meats.
Gen is Gen sure, top tier restaurant, but Christie A? This girl was on point! Killer service, dope attitude and awesome personality. My mate and I had dinner a little while ago and she set the STANDARD for serving customers. Everybody should learn from her. Definitely coming back and requesting our new favorite server🤘🏽
The food was absolutely fantastic and so was our server Christie A did a amazing job we had a great time and the ramen was really good will definitely be back soon
This Korean BBQ was cute and fun. I did all you can eat. You only get one steak and one long rib, but everything else was all you can eat. Shrimp included as well. Service wasn’t bad, atmosphere was fun. Even tried dessert. Hot dumplings filled with what seemed to be apple and nuts and the smaller dessert had a mango sauce. It’s was ok. I think I might have been more interested in the ice cream macaron sandwich’s that were by the cash register that I did not try. Overall, not bad.
Horrible service it felt like a Dennys but a Dennys has way more waiters than this place. Hopefully a manager reads this.
Went to Gen to celebrate a birthday (party of 7) and the service was the worst to say the least. We were pretty much ignored the entire time to the point the grill literally caught fire because NOBODY had come to check on us to confirm whether we were done ordering. The entire time we were there the food took forever to be served, had to ask the waiter for sides that were ordered a couple times, never got refills on soft drinks, empty plates on our table were not cleared until we asked a few times, and as other reviewers noted the grills were continuously being switched out because they would burn easily for not having food on them. The complete floor of the restaurant was super slippery because of all the grease the grill drops when removed. I have been to other Korean BBQ spots and NEVER experienced a slippery floor or having the grills continuously be switched out.
Safe to say we will not be back to this location.

Ok, first time ever for us at a Korean BBQ spot, but to us this place was AMAZING. Excellent quality meats with plenty of choices, great apps, and wonderfully friendly and attentive service (especially from our server Seelchen and the kitchen manager Delores, who had a close eye on the whole establishment it seemed). Thanks for helping make our vacation so epic!
I went to this location today with my BF This is the 2nd time we're going to this location the service is depending on your section. The last time was too slow and I didn't get my rice but this time was quick I didn't take any pictures because everything was good we're beef lovers and I really like the salad 🥗
The overall food was good quality but the service wasn’t great, half our party was left without food for most of our time there, they kept saying the kitchen was backed up. So we had to share our portions with half our table and the portions are extremely small. I don’t recommend coming here with large parties we had 8 people.
Decent place you get a good server. Food is good but too oily si ce the fan doesn't seemed like it's working.
Worst Korean BBQ I’ve ever been too. They try to look like a fancy upscale restaurant, but the staff give more of a Denny’s effort than a dress shirt effort.
How is “the kitchen is behind” even a phrase that gets uttered at an all you can eat where I cook my own food. Did they not anticipate having to cut a full evening worth of meat?
Having to switch out a grill plate because it gets too hot is not an issue I’ve never had at any quality Korean BBQ before, because we’ve always had meat on it cooking. I’ve never had to wait 10-15 minutes between plates of meat that allowed the plate to get that hot in the first place. The tray of meat they bring out is what I would expect for one person, not a table of 4. That’s part of why the grill plate apparently gets too hot.
The soup they forgot to bring my friend was super runny, they forgot bring my drink and the sides my other friend ordered, and one of our initial plates of meat. The waiter then insinuated that we were brought that plate of meat. Bro? Really?
For a group that goes out for Korean BBQ every week we get together, this is the hardest of passes for us.
