Hotties - Nashville Hot Chicken

This location is too inconsistent. After their month long closure the food hasn’t been the same. I’ve noticed that the quality of the food has dropped and nothing ever tastes fresh. This was a place I would go to often and did enjoy coming here but whichever changes they’ve made are not working out.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE? IT USED TO BE GOOD. WE HAVEN'T BEEN THERE IN A WHILE AN DECIDED TO GO, AND JUST LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS HEADED FOR A SHUTDOWN. CHICKEN USED TO BE THICK AND JUICY AND NOW IT DRY AND BARLEY ANY CHICKEN, AND THE FRIES WERE LIKE ROCKS. THE ONLINE MENU DOES EVEN MATCH THE MENU IN STORE. THIS WILL BE OUR LAST TIME GOING THERE. SO DISAPPOINTING, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY LIKE I DID!

I’ve eaten here twice and it was good food. I’ve tried to eat here again about three times and every time it is closed. Once there was a sign saying they didn’t have employees and the other two times there was nothing it was just empty. It’s awful to make your customers think you are open with your hours posted online and then for them to drive to your restaurant to not get the food they went for.

Haven't been to Hotties in a while, and the first thing I noticed was that the chicken is no longer thick and juicy but rather flat and less juicy. I also found that some of the feathers were not fully plucked from this chicken. The other thing we noticed is that you now order at a kiosk instead of having good customer service at the counter. This is the last time I will try the food at this location. I will give the Hottie's location in Brea another try, assuming it retained original ownership and recipe. If not, It's sad to see something great become mediocre.

What happened to this place? They temporarily close for a month, then come back with the worst sandwiches. I ordered 2 sandwiches (medium spice) combo. Both were not spiced at all, and the chicken patty was so overcooked and crunchy. The didn't even put up a sign that say the soda dispenser was not carbonating, so i got back home with completely flat soda. Honestly the sandwich was inedible. I'm going to see if I can get a refund on this order. Probably the last time i come here. Seems like they need to close longer and figure things out.

It was a boring day… I went here and all of my problems were fixed! I LOVE the service, the guy was SUPER friendly, and I couldn’t help but SMILE at HIS smile.. The food and sauce was tooooo good, and I am just in love.. 5 STARS!!

First off would like to say I really don’t like that they make you order through a kiosk. Covid is over and they have their bench seating blocked off where they still don’t allow you to sit inside at 90 degree weather. The music was really loud and annoying almost couldn’t hear myself think. You have to be careful bc if you click pay now at the kiosk it will automatically charge you a 22% fee which is outrageous considering you can’t even eat inside. It’s a $20 chicken sandwich and they still demand a tip on top of it, so they sell over priced chicken sandwiches and they still want you to pay for their workers service when they’re not even helping you take an order. On top of it all I ordered MILD for my daughter and the order came out more like spicy. She said it was so hot she took one bit and couldn’t finish it.

Do not understand the naysayers or people only giving a 4 star review when they said it was great. This place has the best Nashville Hot Chicken I've had. Leg and thigh combos were always juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. You've got to try the Mac and Cheese too! Give this place some love Chino Hills.

The chicken is pink and spoiled. It had strong fishy odor and I did not feel well after eating it. I tried to call, but their phone number is a dud. Needs to be reported to Dept of Health.

Don’t come close to closing time. They don’t care and the food quality goes down a lot.

This Chicken shop is excellent. I would like to come here every day but then I’ll get fat! ?? The prices are fine and my total ended up being 22 dollars for a sandwich with some fries and a drink. Fries are super crispy and chicken is tender and VERY crispy. Over all 9.5/10 because their sprite was kind of flat ?. Would definitely recommend. ??

OMG the spicy chicken here is mouthwatering! The spice on their spicy chicken is one of the best levels of heat and sweet. I'm not a fan of dry rubs but let me tell you this is one of my favorite chicken sandwiches ever!

Saw this on social media and I wanted to try it. We ordered the 2 piece tender combo - medium and the tender+sandwich combo - mild. I also got a side of Mac and Cheese. I really liked the bread crumbs on the Mac and Cheese. The chicken was solid by the seasoning and crunchiness but the fries weren’t great.

Upon arrival customer service was very nice and helpful with suggestions on food. The food it’s self was great, I went with the Chicken fries that include a bed of French fries pooled in a cheesy sauce which I prefer over slices of American cheese like other places. I feel they could have been a bit more generous on the cole slaw and the pickles were real soggy. Crispy fresh pickles would definitely be a plus.The Mac and cheese was amazing!Overall I’ll be back to try the sandwichThanks for the awesome customer service and beautiful smile

We have been coming here since it first opened and since the beginning the quality of our meals have never wavered. It has always been hot, fresh, and tasty. We have pretty much ordered everything on the menu. It would be hard to go wrong, just be wary of your spice limitations if you have any. We usually get the medium and fire.
