Been here 3 different times today was the 3rd the first two times the food wasn't all that great honestly but I just wanted a milkshake and a curly fries I made it to the window after ordering and the lady tried to hand me a coffee instead of a vanilla milkshake I told her I ordered a milkshake she immediately got rude and said fine and I tried to hand her my ebt card witch they take now and as soon as she saw it she said very rudly oh ebt yeah my systems down ,I think she was mad over the mix up on the drinks, or looks down on people with ebt and said sorry so I just left no way it was there system being down,just a very rude worker,stay away from this location

Worst Jack in the box I've ever been in service is horrible and they skipped me and let other people go while I was in line for over 25 mins i've never review any place ever but this Jack in the box I just had to tell the people about this horrendous place

Mobile experience nightmare. Estimated order time 7-9 minutes, but I received my order after a total of 58 minutes! Arrived there after about 20 minutes, yet my order was not ready. After another 15 or so minutes, was called to the counter with the bags ready, but when I checked the contents, they were not what I ordered. After presenting my phone receipt twice, the order was finally fulfilled.

This Jack in the box charges 25 cents for an extra sauce. Ordered two mini pan cakes and received only one maple syrup. My two kids loved that. No napkins provided.
