Merry Christmas from Jack In The Box 🎅 🎄 passing through Chino Hills and we were very happy to see the good old Jack in the Box was open Christmas Day. I Have been a loyal patron of Jack in the Box for over 60 years. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was great as always. Was very nice that they had their little Christmas tree up and the store very festive for the holiday customers. Thanks Jack in the Box for a lifetime of good...

Food was good as was service at the drive thru 😋. Didn't go in. Friendly customer service & accurate order. Will go there again. Fish sandwich is really good as well I was told.

Experience the worst service, experience the most non sensible order taker, experience the "Indian Jerry Lewis" of Chino Hills. Why they allow this person to deal with customers is BAD foreign management. They have plenty of other workers there, who are quick witted, smart, wise, good listeners, BUT, they put this dude to face the customers? Shouldn't he be in a call center back home, he can't even count "tacos" correctly, takes 20 minutes to fill...
