I love the chunky strawberry bowls here and other smoothies, but twice I have come here and they’re out of ingredients for the chunky strawberry bowl or they said they don’t have bowls. The fruits are fresh and the food has always tasted good. I’ve come around 5 pm and even 4 pm and they’ve been out of ingredients. The customer service is good, but it’s a bit frustrating when they’re out of simple ingredients such as fruit and bowls….

Used to be good, now not so much. They never seem to be appropriately staffed. People were walking out today because they're was a 20 min wait just to place an order. I gotta 3 drinks and they tasted like ice/watered down. My son's had so many chunks of banana, he couldn't drink it. He tried to eat it with a spoon, but was over all the big chunks. All cups were filled about 3/4 of the way, it was pretty disappointing all around.

The employee literally just told me to leave. I just walked in 7/27/2023 at around 1PM. He said he had a lot of online orders and that he was gonna have me wait 20-30 mins before he gets to my order. What kind of service is this? Please fire this guy. Not good for business.

The girl that took our order was super helpful and friendly. I haven't been there in forever but she made ordering easy and reassured us that of there were any issues she could remake them. I got an orange juice, pineapple and banana smoothie. I couldn't of been happier with the quality and service!

If you get a smoothie, be sure to taste it before you leave. I ordered a Watermelon Breeze for someone else (which is not advertised to include banana), and they were incredibly angry when I brought their smoothie home and it had banana added so they couldn't taste anything else in the smoothie. My smoothie was fine, luckily, but I feel like there's a big difference between cross-contamination and completely messing up a classic recipe.Staff needs to be better trained.

So I came in to Jamba Juice at 9:30 on a Saturday and the doors were locked even though they are supposed to be opened until 10:00 there was someone inside cleaning. I called the one in Pomona and they answered they are opened the same exact times. Bad service honestly. Juice it up is where it's at. Update: I decided to give Jamba Juice a second try.. the worst decision I've ever made in my life! I ordered the original breakfast sandwich for pick up. So when I arrived to pick up my order, the employee by the name Esmeralda Rivas, Grabs the sandwhich from the freezer and proceeds to place it on the counter with a slight smirk on her face. I ask for a refund and I did not receive no type of refund.

Learn to answer the phones. I've placed an order at the wrong store, needed to cancel and I can't get a freakin refund or was I able to cancel. Absolutely ridiculous and the worst customer service!!

I ordered 2 smoothies thru Jamba Juice App, the App has the option of pick up or deliver, I chose delivery, the order never showed up. I called the store to ask about my order and first they said they had no order from me, my credit card was charged for 2 smoothies, delivery fees, handling fee and tip. After a while they "found" my transaction and first they said it was supposed to be for pick up, then they said it was picked up by Uber Eats and it showed that is was delivered, I told them that I had not received my order and then told me call Uber Eats and complained...I did not contract Uber Eats, I have no way to contact them I told them since they contracted Uber Eats they should contact them they had no answer for my request and after that they hang up, I called back and they would not answer the phone, one time it rang for almost 5 minutes. I used my home phone and they answered right away it is obvious they could see my cell phone number and chose to ignored the call. Needless to say this store has a horrible customer service and I'll make sure to never order anything from this store. Xavier G.

I've recently started going to this Jamba. I was greeted and my order was taken quickly. Wait was minimal, a few before me. Smoothie was delicious! Looks like they have done some training with their employees. I will be returning.

Great and tasty smoothies ?

This location is always either out of ingredients because there shipment didn't arrive or blenders broken and can't make drinks. Always some reason why you can't even get a basic menu item. The girls working there don't ever seem to care, they're too busy on their phones. Looks like customer service wasn't delivered either. Horrible attitudes!! Save your time and money and drive two blocks down to "Juice it Up"

I ordered on the app so I don't have to wait. My order was supposed to be ready but they didn't even start.... Cashier apologized to me and immediately started to make my order. I give 5 stars because she responded very quickly and made two very delicious smoothies.

Mrs. Picante and I found ourselves in Chino Hills area, post-soccer game with our daughter, and she was Jonesing for a smoothie. A quick drive from Ayala park, and we were parked and walking into Jamba. The young lady behind the counter was personality-plus, and a great smile to boot. Very welcoming and nothing phony about it as she patiently took my daughter's order, and then made a secret-menu recommendation to my bride (Pink Star-- yes, Mildred, as a matter of fact, it DOES taste exactly like a Strawberry Starburst!) Drinks came out quickly, and were well-made. $15 bucks for a couple of drinks is a lot more than the last time I visited a Jamba... but then, that's probably because my wife was pregnant with my daughter then. Inflation and stuff... plus those extra letters in "The Shoppes" means these tenants pay some premium rents. Happy daughter and wife at any price? That's a win. Even if it is full of sugar, and they didn't save me a sip like I asked...
