I always come to this location and order many juices , bowls and smoothies. Despite having a few problems in the past I’ve still come to this location. Today I order a juice and it didn’t look right or taste right even after mixing the juice myself it kept separating within seconds. When I asked for a new one or different because I didn’t feel comfortable drinking it I was told to pay for a new one. Not only told this but was given a dirty and irritable look by Hillary. When I asked for a manager both girls said they didn’t have one, just an owner named Nilim. And was informed that I could go ahead and speak to him he’s just going to tell me the same thing , pay for a new drink. Very upsetting to be treated like this. I just threw my drink away and walked out.

I’m a disabled vet, have been juicing for years, I have PTSD and im a creature of habit. It really makes my day once I have my Detoxifier !! girls are great , I have been extremely happy with Savannah, Shyanne they are very professional, patient and greet you with a smile even if you have customer out the door. Thank you for my good health with the amazing juice my body needs every day. It’s nice to see familiar faces I don’t do well with change due to PTSD.

My smoothie was good but, I was trying to make it a quick stop and it ended up taking 20 minutes mainly because there was one young lady working very hard to get through the line while there was an older lady who may have been the manager that was just kept making remarks and giving criticism to the young lady but did not help her out at all. Owner/Manager needs to do better and help her team!

I'm not sure what happened to the old workers but the new staffing needs much more training. I've been drinking the same drink for years now and no matter the location the taste never changes. In the last month or two I've gone to the chino location and my drinks are coming out horrible. I do see knew people and what I see is them struggle to make the drinks correctly. All they need is training I hope they get it soon. I drive from la to chino weekly to get my fix but not sure if I will be doing that anymore s

I love love fruit smoothies and actually prefer it over the usual boba run. I tried out their limited selection and got a burst of energy but don’t know why but I started yawning a lot after a few hours. I’d come back for more though. The bluetox is a must try!

Went into to store to order a zone drink. They lady in front of me could not get here phone to pay so after many minutes. She ask her daughter to go get her purse. So a had to just stand there and wait . The right thing to do would be tell the lady as soon as she gets method of payment I will take your order. So the person behind them that has method of payment can place there order so they don't wait minutes to place order

My opinion, this place makes the best smoothies.I always order the piña colada without the coconut and I add honey. That is so good. We also tried the strawberry wave. The youngsters at work here are really hard workers. I’m glad that the minimum wage is going to go up to $20 Because they deserve it. There is nice outside seating at this juice it up in Chino Hills .There’s also a nice big fountain and tables with umbrellas to block out the sun rays. There’s so many items on the menu, but what we tried we liked .There is plenty of parking with handicap stalls in reach. I believe the handicap stalls can be closer .We like coming here to the Chino spectrum.
Parking: Shared parking lot with other businesses on the premises. The handicap stalls could be a little closer to the entrance.
