Order an açaí fruit bowl and it had a horrible urine odor and could eat it. Have not had that experience at any other place.
Great tasting açaí bowls and smoothies! Fruit is always fresh and great tasting. Crew is always nice and polite.

Such a great spot with a great menu. All team members are so friendly when we go in, even with a mobile order pick up. Definitely becoming a regular.

Needs a wide rotating ceiling fan in lobby. Gets really warm in there with no air flow. Food and drink is better than the rest with better options.
I've never tried this before. It was my first time and the staff was so helpful. I was skeptical at first but oh my goodness, this bowl was amazing! I CANNOT wait to go back!

If it wasn’t for the smoothies I enjoy drinking I would never go here. With the exception of a few staff members, the girls they hire are snotty and rude. I am cynical enough to think that they hire from their perspective pretty young girls thinking it will bring in more business but what ends up happening is when you hire that demographic of the population, they end up being spoiled and have never had to actually deal with anything hard in their lives or have had any real responsibilities and therefore don’t know how to handle actually working a real job.
They’re the types that will close shop early, which I have experienced at this location, and be rude at the slightest possible inconvenience. I’m generalizing of course. Not all of them are like this but it’s a problem when you walk into an establishment and you almost don’t even feel welcomed. “Hi welcome in…” translation: “I hate my life right now. Pease leave. Why did you have to walk in and make me have to work. Please go away.”
I have done these types of jobs myself for many years and never once treated anyone like this. There’s no excuse.

I always order on their app, it’s super fast ! I love that all I have to do is give my name! The açaí bowls are consistent and tasty. It’s a little pricey (as healthy food is) but I think it’s worth it. Getting the largest bowl to share is the way to go! :) definitely recommend

I’ve been a loyal customer at Juice and Bowls for months, consistently ordering the same drink—a Meal Replacement Power Smoothie. Every time, it has been served in a large 32 oz cup. However, on two occasions, I was given a much smaller cup instead.
The first time this happened, I asked about it and was told it was a new policy. But when I returned on my next visit—and every visit after—the drink was back in the larger cup. Today (3/13/25, around 3 PM), I ordered two drinks and, once again, received the smaller size. When I questioned it, the employees gave me attitude and claimed it was the new policy. When I pointed out the inconsistency, their response was: “It depends on who’s working.”
That’s not how a policy works. I asked them to remake my drinks in the correct size, which they did, but I left feeling frustrated. I later called the store for clarification and was told the manager’s name is Iris. However, the employee on the phone refused to give me her own name and then told me that drinks are only put in larger cups upon request. That makes no sense—I have never had to request a larger cup before; it was always standard.
So, what is the actual policy? Why isn’t it posted? And why does ordering through the app result in the correct size while ordering in person gets me the smaller one?
I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this location and never had issues at any other Juice and Bowls. The inconsistency and poor customer service at the Chino store make no sense. I’d love a real explanation because, at this point, I’m reconsidering giving them my business.
Awesome!!!
Amazing! Love the bowls!
It’s a smoothie place with no restroom & one single bench.

Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Way Too Much Sugar
I recently visited [Smoothie Place Name], and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. First off, the staff had an incredibly rude attitude. They seemed uninterested in helping and acted as though my questions about the menu were an inconvenience. Customer service definitely needs major improvement here.
On top of that, the smoothies are loaded with sugar—much more than I expected! I was hoping for a healthier option, but instead, I ended up with something that tasted more like a sugary dessert than a nutritious drink. It felt misleading since the menu highlights “healthy” ingredients, but the sugar content completely overpowers any benefit.
If you’re looking for friendly service and genuinely healthy smoothies, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Feel free to adjust or add specifics about your experience!
