I went this evening 10/29/23 to pick up a bucket. There was a bit of a rush and then there were some issues with the cash register. I'm giving them 5 stars cause they worked liked team and worked through it. I came in hungry and left inspired. I wish I had paid attention to the names but I think one guy was the shift leader cause he was doing everything. I had a small wait but my food was fresh. I don't normally tip at fast food places but I had to pay my respect for the hustle.

barely one star paying $17 for a meal and one side for an individual. was kind gave tip prior to meal in drive through, no acknowledgement or thanks yous or even social engagement. left to drive home, arrived, shorted us a chicken strip and a biscuit when I asked for even you asked for butter and honey for the INCLUDED biscuit (you would think that would kill them into remembering the place this item package)... The person wasn't even nice I tried to call the restaurant and immediately went on to disconnection so you can't reach any manager zero out of one stars they need to get their act together. I'm over it stop taking up space on Chino HILLS Parkway. fin

We had a late dinner 8pm (drive thru) To our surprise, we had such a polite gentleman at the drive thur window, fast service and hot food. We will definitely be back at this location.

My grandma had a terrible experience here. First of all, $42 for 14 pieces of chicken? What a joke. Service terrible and no utensils when she got home. But that’s not even the disappointing part. They shorted her with 13 pieces instead of 14. She is a senior citizen nervous to drive out but she did it for my grandpa. She was so upset to get home and find out the absolute embarrassment of a job these workers have done. Advised her not to return. Fast food gets a bad rep for poor service and this kfc would be a good example of that.
