my order was messed up and didnāt realize until getting back home, called in about it and had to go back and forth with someone who doesnāt speak/understand english and just kept asking me what my problem was. told me there was nothing they could do šš¼

Received delivery order of Fantasic N 4 pizza. The pizza has very strong gasoline smell that we didnt touch it. I called Chino Hills store and the manager Dan asked me to bring it back to them to get credit. Plus I noticed that the pizza box are not sealed as the manager said. I requested for replacement, exchange delivery but he asked me to file claim online to get credit.

It was a Little Odd that Most of the people who work here don't acknowledge you, not even when you're Purchasing. And the fact that a Worker pushed the pizza Trays with his Dirty shoes was also appalling.

Itās a little dead for a Tuesday, and at the location the classic pizza is $9.29 while on the app itās $6.99ā¦ not sure if itās the app promo but this location is charging $3 more than what the app charges. I spoke with the employee and he said thatās for every location but I called other Chino little Cesar and they said their classic pep is still $6.99
No wonder theyāre taxing. No one wants to pay for their āinflation pricesā
