I had an Amazing Time there and ate good food, anyone who hasn't tried it, should at least eat their once for yourselves, that is my best advice. Enjoy
We went on Father's Day (6/15), we make a reservation waited for about 15 minutes but the wait for the food to come took 45 minutes. It was packed so we opted for the first available table, sit enclosed outdoor with NO AC on a high 90° outside temperature.
We order the briskets, baby back ribs, beef ribs, pull pork. Side dishes were ; fried okra, mash potatoes, Mac and cheese. All good.
First trial, the food was nice, a bit cold, but taste nice, the tri-tip was dry but overall taste is nice, the BBQ ribs are delicious and the bread they serve is good too, overall experience was a pleasant one and our host was attentive and cheerful
Ordered eats as I have just had surgery and cannot leave my house. Ordered the beef ribs. The sides were good but the beef ribs were not thoroughly cooked at all. They were right in the middle and if I had ordered a medium rare steak then I would have been happy. But I couldn't even gnaw half of the meat off of the bones because they were not completely cooked properly
Rudy is our server and he always make sure the meals arrives on time never needs to look for it ~
Lucille’s Smokehouse BBQ blew me away with the incredible quality of their food. This was hands down the best barbecue I've ever tasted. From the moment we walked in, the smoky aroma was inviting, and the atmosphere was warm and lively. I tried a variety of dishes, and each one was a standout. The brisket was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, while the ribs practically fell off the bone. The burnt ends were flavorful bites of perfection, and the deviled eggs were a unique, tasty surprise.
However, while the food was absolutely amazing, I felt the portions were a bit small given the high price. It was slightly disappointing considering the value. That being said, the taste was phenomenal and definitely worth a visit if you're looking to treat yourself to some high-quality BBQ. Overall, Lucille’s offers a fantastic dining experience for BBQ lovers!

The food is Garbage ?️ and tasteless ???, none of the side dishes are fresh, all tastes like can foods opened with no seasoning at all, and the chicken is undercooked and stretchy and other meat is not tasty at all, even the barbeque sauce is mediocre....I'm so disappointed ☹️

Biscuits were hard as rock. Waitress said she was sorry and brought us some that were a little softer. The pulled pork sandwich I ordered was really dry, but okay with table sauce on it. My wife's fried chicken was really vinegary. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food we received. We haven't been to Lucille's in over a year. We hope this was just a bad day.

Make sure you only pay cash at this establishment. It seems that waiters and waitresses like to give themselves more tips than you leave via credit or debit card. They will even mess with your gift cards. I saw this on a post that this establishment likes to alter the bill checks when it comes to tips for their benefit. And it's happened more than once! The server's name is, David. For all we know, make sure you count your cash-out loud so they don't rip you off on that either. If you have too, use a calculator so you get the right amount back.
So if you do come here, take a picture of your receipt after you have signed it, so if your statement shows you were charged more than what you paid, you have proof. Another reason why we should go back to cash. Lucille's it's time to investigate and possibly clean house, since this has happened more then once.
Most of the meat on the dishes we had was really fatty

Dietary restrictions: You should consider allergies to some food items. I had to miss out on a dish I wanted that could not be modified.

Arrived Monday night Labor Day Business seems slow look like they had two different sections already closed out with chairs on top of the tables. I say this because I want to paint the picture that this was not a busy night. Our server Leonardo not so great. I hate it when they come to the table and don't greet or introduce themselves he literally walked up and said what do you want to drink. There is absolutely no customer service anymore. We asked for a minute so we can look over the menu and of course he didn't come back for quite a while and this just continued throughout the night but frustrates me is I could see my drink sitting at the bar we were on a booth right in front of the kitchen door My drinks were literally put on the well 5 ft from me as I watch them sit there waiting for someone to drop them off Yes I could have grabbed them myself but I wanted to see how long it was going to take and it took quite a while. I tried to look to see if our server was playing around goofing around in the back I couldn't say I seen any of that. Which makes this whole thing even more difficult for me because I seen him doing his side duties looks like he was cleaning sugar packets or restocking them cleaning and restocking salt and peppers maybe rolling silverware I'm not sure on that one but he was more concerned about his side duties than he was about his three tables. And this is my problem maybe it's because it's a corporate place and they put so much pressure on these servers so managers can make their bonuses they run skeleton crews and cause these servers to do way too much and stead of getting great service. This was a Monday night slow this was a time to shine to possibly gain my business for the weekend with larger groups to come in and think about having a great time this was the time for you to hit it out of the ballpark so I had a good experience so I would think about coming back. But if you're this bad on a slow Monday night how the heck am I supposed to think you're going to be great on a busy Friday night see my point. We shared a full rack of ribs we ordered a wed salad we had some cocktails but we would have had more cocktails if somebody would come and ask us we finally stopped somebody who was not our waiter and asked them if they could take our drink order again which they gladly did. When they dropped off our wet salad no one ever came to check on us and this was for everything that was dropped off once it was thrown at us no one ever came back to ask how we were doing her if we needed anything. We needed more salad dressing we would like an extra plate and we couldn't get any of that All in all very bad experience food was just okay wasn't the best wasn't the worst but I can say this I just won't be back. My bill was a little over $100 I tip 20 and I won't be back.
