Love love the soy milk tea at this place and their Taiwanese food are so authentic and delicious. I always stop by this little place if I am anywhere near.

The quality of the food is not good; the egg pancake is mushy and undercooked, and the tea has this weird aftertaste.

Solid 4 stars. Came here to try the Taiwanese egg pancake and it's very good. Service was fast and friendly. We got one of the bbq egg pancake to share and it was very fresh and tasty. Freshly made to order and we didn't wait very long. The shop is small but very clean and staff was friendly. Easy parking.

The food was good however the complete lack of service makes supporting this restaurant very difficult. We will not be back. When we walked in, I assume it was the owner behind the counter, did not greet us and in fact walked away from the counter to the back room. He came back out before we placed our order at the kiosk, ignored us again and went into the kitchen. When the food came, I asked him to cut the sandwich in half and he told me they do not cut the sandwiches. He pointed to some plastic utensils and said to cut it myself. After eating, we left with him standing at the counter. He did not say anything like Thanks for coming, please come back, nothing. He just stood there and watched us walk out. As I said, we will not be back.

We ordered takeouts of stewed pork and bbq pork sandwich. The stewed pork's flavor was okay, but the lean part of the pork was not too tough. The bbq pork sandwich was very good and authentic. So this place averages a 3.5 star.

My first time having Taiwanese style breakfast and it did not disappoint! I truly enjoyed the pancake with pork, and found the sauce just sweet enough which I really liked. The milk tea is spot on, and didn't have too much caffeine which I appreciated. Boba was great too, had a good chew. Order online and pick up to go! It was easy and we were in and out in the expected time. All in all it was a lovely experience.

I've been here multiple times to come eat with my family . I usually bring my youngest daughter a meal because she doesn't eat what they have here . Anyways I placed my order then 5 mins later the employee tells me we can't eat here with any outside food . They rather lose business and customers . The crazy thing about it is we've done this many times always pick up after ourselves . It's alright definitely not coming back with my money or business. Sad because we liked the food but definitely not supporting anymore .

It’s rare to eat Taiwan’s hot pot pasta! Not 100% similar but 80% similar ?Came here for the flour omelet, but it was sold out at around 1pm, so I suggest you come early if you want to eat!Roast pork and egg toast should be eaten while it’s hot~Soy milk is slightly sweet and delicious

This review is based off the customer service and not the food since I didn't order any. The place was completely empty. I walked in and wasn't greeted, no big deal. The only thing that was said to me was I could order at the little tablet whenever I was ready. There was a sign near the ordering tablet that said for faster service order here. To me that means if there are people waiting in line to order, I have the option to order at the tablet. Again I was the only one there and I saw 2 workers just standing there talking, not really busy, but apparently just didn't want to take my order. This was my first time here so I had questions about recommendations on what to order but I didn't feel welcomed so I left.

There's a big problem here but it isn't the food. Went here off a great recommendation from my brother. Got the house bbq pork egg pancake and pork belly rice. Both were good, but the pancake was more special and not something you'd usually get at other Taiwanese breakfast places. The pork belly rice was fine, but for $15 the portion was small, only 3 pieces of pork. For $8 I thought the pancake was a much better deal. But the problem here is the ownership. Another party in the restaurant just asked to get their sandwich cut in half. The co-owner was speaking to them and said that they would have to re-order the sandwich on the kiosk and note there that they wanted it cut in half. But here's the worst part - they would charge $2 for it!!! Are u insane?? When the customers showed polite disbelief, the owner suggested they could just cut it themselves. Wow. But it gets worse. A mom with 2 kids comes in and asks to order. The other employee says to order on the kiosk, that they don't physically take orders at the desk. I also encountered this when walking in, as the owner was there but then walked away. Though rude, I quickly realized they are doing the kiosk thing, no human ordering. So anyway, the mom says she'd like to make a few changes to the order, but then the employee insists she has to do it on the kiosk. The bad part comes when the owner comes over and starts telling her how much extra these things will cost. I didn't hear everything, but I know the mom was not happy about having to pay extra as these are all things that other places accommodate without extra charge, such as an extra cup. This set the mom off, and the owner was not backing down. Also pretty uncomfortable for the rest of us as this is a small establishment. This place has potential, but with an owner with a bad attitude, we're not coming back. We might try the Tustin location, but every time I've been it's closed since both locations close around 3 PM every day.

OVERPRICED AND A RIP OFF! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!Food is decent but drinks and sauce for the pancake is overly sweet. I also ordered the soymilk from what I heard was decent . However, it tested like the soymilk was burnt. The crazy thing was that they CHARGE $2 to have a TOAST CUT IN HALF!! That is bizarre. Other places always cut their sandwiches in half or allow it cut without any additional charge. The LADY who I assume is the OWNER has a white Tesla with the license plate LUXBOSS on it parks in front of her store and is VERY RUDE!! A women with 2 little girls ordered on the kiosk and requested to have a drink split in half. The LADY OWNER said they would be able to for ADDITIONAL CHARGE!! EVERYTHING here is an ADDITIONAL CHARGE for the smallest things. The service and owner here is TERRIBLE and a RIP OFF. The food is decent, but overpriced. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND and WILL NOT COME BACK. If your looking for an authentic Taiwanese place, I recommend Yi Mei. The food is similar, better, and the price is decent.

First time coming here and indoor decor was nice. I heard about this place from a few friends and decided to check it out. Two stars definitely for the food. We ordered the E2 Taiwan egg pancakes$8 and R2 pork belly rice $15 around. The egg pancake was definitely worth the price and taste was spout on Taiwanese. I also got their freshly made soy milk but it had a char flavor which isn't like your typical traditional soy milk. Must have been something wrong during the soybean extraction process. Staff not friendly at all. We came in to order and they didn't even greet us and all they did was pint to the iPad so that we can order ourselves. Pretty much zero customer contact. In fact there were a few customers that came in behind us that ordered their toast and asked for it to be cut it half and the half owner said that they can do it but for an extra fee. There were many raised brows after that comment. Then what's worse is the other customer that came a few minutes afterwards and ordered a winter melon drink to be spilt into two cups because her daughters didn't want to share. Again the half owner said there would be a charge for the splitting fee as well as extra cup fee. This customer gave good feed back to this half owner stating that other boba places don't even charge for a fee etc but this half owner said it's their company policy. We knew this lady was a half owner because she said so herself but she also added a statement that even as half owner she still cannot override the additional fee. Goodness. To be honest if you are a store half owner you should have the power to make changes and waive the fee. Plus it's the holidays. I doubt today's customers will be back again. Just rude and unfriendly service. I also noticed that their restroom was not for public use. So how are we to watch our hands prior to eating?
