They Don't Put napkins and utensils for customers' convince, they hide them and you have to ask for them. But the front desk Is always busy, so if your table Is dirty and you need a napkin to clean it, you need to wait in line! If you grab one napkin without asking, they will tell you that you can't! Which i Don't see in any other McDonald's.

The restaurant is good but they close the door for dine-in customers 15 minutes before they are supposed to close. I reached there are 8:45 pm and there is a short Asian lady there who said from inside the door that they are closed for dine-in. This happened twice.

I have had some bad experiences many times in the past but they seem to be turning the corner. The young man at the register this morning (I should have gotten his name) was very polite and did a great job and my order was perfect 👌 Keep up the improved work.
