Updated: I filled out the survey and someone from their store reached out to me and fixed the problem by offering to remake the bowls.

I have been a regular customers for 5-7 years at Chino Hills Nektar since its opening. The quality really fluctuates and there were 3-4 times in the past that I was not satisfied but I decided to let it slide because I wanted to support local business as much as possible. However, this is the biggest disappointment ever. On Oct 9 4:50pm, I ordered 4 Spiced Golden Apple Bowls. The bowls were 70% filled in average, not all ingredients were included in the bowls, the presentation is nasty and look nothing like the advertisement picture. It looks like all 4 bowls were made in one setting and the mixtures got mindlessly poured into the containers and yet I am paying for 4 bowls like $45 in total. The bowls look like kindergarten handcrafts. Please train your employees. I tossed all the bowls away after seeing what I got because I cannot trust someone who prepares food with minimal effort.

I am so disappointed of the service of this place, one of the ladies let talk by myself and the other was so on a hurry, that she couldn’t explain to me!! what is happening with Customer Service? Never go back to the place

It was a very pleasant experience. The employees were very friendly when picking up my order. The drinks and smoothie bowl were delicious.

I love how quick and easy it is to use an online order. We live down the street from our location so as soon as we order and driver there, it’s ready to go. Also, the staff is always friendly.

Always good service here and my son who has many food allergies loves coming here for his drink, and the employees are always friendly and caring about my son’s condition. Ovionna and Zoe are excellent with him!!! Thank you Nekter!!

I’ve come here about 10 times and 8 out of those 10 times, there was flies on the fruit. My last visit I had to walk out watching her make juices for a couple in front of me…She grabbed apple that had fruit flies on it and a group of flies flew out of the apple bin. Flies were also on the lemons and oranges. I’ve seen it one to many times and bummed because I love fresh juice and not many places make fresh juice.

Such a lively environment! Employees go out of their way to make sure everyone feels welcome. I have never felt so taken care of while just popping out to get a smoothie. They have a lot of variety in their menu and the employees are very helpful in giving good recommendations to when deciding what to get can be intimidating. Great service! Great environment!

Ordered online to save time. When I arrived place was empty and order was not started. The guy who was supposed to making the order was chatting up his buddy. This needs to to dealt with by owner management.

This was my first time coming here, and honestly I really enjoyed it! The employees who were working at the time came in recommended me their favorite options and were so kind to me. Totally will be coming again especially since summer is coming soon.

Every time I come back, i remember how God awful the service is. This place SUCKS. Wait times are unreal. Service is 0/10, every single time, no matter who’s working
