Called and spoke to Sal, my family and I have been eating here for years and we have always had good service until recently. I don’t normally do this but there is no reason for the unfriendliness of the manager. I called because their website will not allow me to order additional condiments for my delivery and this is the second time I have called and he was rude, short, and unhelpful. I asked the last time if I could pay over the phone and he said no. They ended up sending additional ranch with my delivery because I believe he realized how rude he was. This time he away rude again, I’m fine with being told no. But the attitude isn’t necessary. My family and I will not be returning.

Bad customer service called to place order since online ossrder wasnt working guy told me to do it online didn't want to do it over the phone . Good way to scare away customers .
I recently moved to the area with my elderly immigrant mother. This establishment is a walkable distance from our home, so she entered on her own to order food one day when I was at work. The pizza was absolutely outstanding in both price and taste (Nonno's Special, Large) but I also want to highlight the service. My mother said the workers were among the kindest she has ever met. She often encounters frustration and rudeness because she has bad hearing and limited English abilities. I am deeply grateful for the workers at Nonno's who treated her with compassion and patience, as well as recommended a delicious pizza. Needless to say, we will be back. Thank you!

Best pizza hands down in the area! I order driving home on the 91 from Cerritos to Chino and pick up. Garlic knots are a got to everytime as well!

This place hits the spot! I once traveled to New York and brought some pizza for my husband in foils in my suitcase. He loved the pizza and said nonno's reminds him of that pizza I brought him home. No one else can compare so far and yOu pay for high quality ingredients and excellent customer service! Wish I had a photo but My husbands and kids didn't wait to demolish this s****** Cheese and pepperoni for the kiddos. Nonno's special for the grown ups. You won't regret it.
