Amazing taste, the cakes are delicious and moist all the way, we love all the selection of the cupcakes, the only cons is that they close relatively early on, we would love it if they extend the working hours

My daughter sent me mini bundt cakes, chocolate chip, vanilla, red velvet and strawberry cream, they are the most amazing thing I've had in a long time, there buttercream topping is just exquisite I've ever had. I can't say enough about them, thank you so much.

Associate cashier at counter named Beth, asian woman. Associate Beth got my order wrong was not apologetic was rude and not professional. Associate beth got my order wrong twice and since there were no other cakes i had to take the cake she gave me. I order strawberry cake and she gave me oreo cake. Highly dissatisfied mostly because of associate Beth, she ruined my experience buying a cake for my mother’s birthday.

Great service and delicious bundt cakes. I hope they will be able to open earlier again by 9 am so I can stop on my way to work to pick up bundtinis for my staff. The 10 am opening time is too late. Today was National Employee Appreciation Day and I stopped to pick up 2 boxes of bundtinis at 9:40 am, but they were not open yet. The salesperson asked me to wait 10 minutes and she opened 10 minutes early for me which was excellent customer service that my staff appreciated as they got their bundtini treats today!

Do NOT trust this business with any special occasions!!Insist on checking your order at pick-up before paying. Horrible customer service!!!We pre-ordered a 10" lemon bundt cake for my son's birthday party. At pickup, they barely opened the box a crack for us to see but we saw it confirmed it didn't have frosting (as requested) so we paid. When we got home to decorate the cake, we realize it's an 8" cake (see photos)!!! No way this was going to feed our 20 guests so we had to ask all the adults to forgo cake so at least the kids would have cake. Super embarrassing!Next day, we called the store and provided photos of the cake. The owner argued that the cake is the correct size, that a 10" cake would shrink "a little" upon baking down to 8" (as in our photo). We argued that the cake we were given wouldn't feed 18 people as advertised and asked for a refund of the price difference. But she refused unless we give her back the original cake, which we already told her we served to (some of) our guests.I have tried to report this to Nothing Bundt Cake facebook page, and was directed by the rep to a website form and then an email to post my feedback. I did both and replied 'yes' to whether I would like a callback. It's been 1.5 months and no word. Horrible customer service from the store and the business!!!Advice to the business: if your cake is going to be 8", just advertise it as such so people can plan accordingly. If you aren't going to respond to customer feedback, then don't bother asking us to report it.

I accidentally found this place on a grocery run in the area and wow! Not only is the place down right adorable but the bundt cakes themselves are delicious. I got a few to try and I had to stop myself from eating the lemon in one go. The flavor is soft, not too intense, and the frosting (of which I always find too sweet in other places) was perfect! I hope to come here again soon.

So sad and heartbrokenCame today to order a large bundt cake for my daughter's 18th birthday. I asked for a particular decoration on top from their flip chart and was told I could not change the center bow from yellow to pale blue. Seriously? I don't want the number color changed just the center ribbon which there is a whole box sitting on their floor with several colors in it.This location has never told me I can't change the center ribbon color. Riverside location has, which is why I always came here even though I live in Riverside.This will be the last time I will probably order a decorated cake from this location. I will decorate it myself...if I order a large cake again.Heartbroken.

Worst customer service.. store owner will not return my call to discuss the poor service. Owner doesn't care as long she gets her money. Never return and hope many people reads this.T. S.
