Panera Bread Reviews
I wasn’t given food I ordered! I watched the woman behind the counter pack my food. Watched the guy on the other side just slap a sticker on it and not check the contents. We were dumb enough to believe our food was included and we were missing a Cesar salad. We tried calling many many times and nobody answered the phone. They are quality food if you are present and receive your order while at the restaurant. Rapid Pick up orders are just about more than 50 percent incorrect. Panera Bread at Chino Hills Shoppes offers delicious food and drinks, with friendly service. The location is known for its cleanliness and pleasant aroma, making it a good spot for breakfast and lunch. While some customers noted issues with oily sandwiches and watery tomato soup, most find the food fresh and tasty. The cafe has a busy, lively atmosphere, especially with many high school students and regulars in the afternoon, making it a good place for studying or meeting friends. The staff is generally accommodating and friendly, with some praise for specific employees who provide great customer service. The bakery items are usually good, though some pastries may be a bit dry or not fresh. Outside seating is available, and the shopping center offers plenty of other places to explore nearby. Parking can be plentiful but may be crowded during busy hours. Overall, it remains a popular spot for a quick meal or a place to work.
