Every employee seems lost, I placed my order for RPU at 11:15am for pick up at 12:05pm. I have 2 orders to pick up unable to find either one when I arrive at 1215pm, finally they find one after repeating names and showing confirmation (luckily I took). The other order they cannot find they said someone probably took it!! How??? You have measures in place to prevent this! Very inconvenient, I waited to speak with the manager and she looked as lost and interested in what happened so I told her so, just wanted you to know what happened…
Not only was my future business lost so was my co workers and my company for catering events!

We are at Panera Bread today and there was NOT ONE SEAT that was not taken With STUDENTS ON COMPUTERS AND TRADH ON THE FLOOR. Mention something to the staff and she said they can't do anything about it. . This will be the last time .

Ordered the “you pick 2” salad and half a sandwich. The salad was about 1 cup and I was charged $7.99 the sandwich was about 2 inches and I was charged $6.99. With tax and tip the total was over $18.00. This is ridiculous, don’t get much for the high price. I guess I won’t be stopping in for lunch anymore.

Service was good. Hibiscus drink was watered down. The floor was dirty and the return tray area was disgusting with flies all over the overflowing trash and returned dishes. The wait was a bit long but food was good.

I came in and people were standing around and there was one couple at the register so I got behind them to order next. The other people then started forming a line it looked like to the right of the register. When I went up next to order the worker at the register I think was slightly rude. She didn’t say it in the nicest way and says “my line starts going against the counter” like stoned face no politely hey just incase you were unaware, which I wasn't. I never came in before and I probably never will. I ordered an iced coffee to be picked up at their counter. When I went to go grab it it was on the edge by the workers and I’m short so I couldn’t reach it. I said “hi excuse me do you mind passing my drink to me?”I got zero acknowledgment, no eye contact, and a woman walked by and barely pushes it towards me and walks away, where I still had to try to reach for it. It doesn’t take much just to give a smile to show that you care. Some sort of human acknowledgment

I'm concerned about the cleanliness of your coffee dispensers. All of them I observed were visibly dirty and neglected from outside. This raises concerns about the internal sanitation and overall food safety. I'm disappointed, as I expect higher standards from Panera, and this reflects poorly on management's oversight.

Haven't had much of the food here but the pastries are standard good. Like most Paneras (I've been to tons across the country), it's always slightly dirty (tables aren't cleaned regularly and area gets dusty and messy with food scraps, napkins, etc.) since they don't seem to clean often. But the ambience is top notch if you want a busy cafe (I do for studying) with regulars. Usually a lot of high school students in the afternoon but also plenty of other folks from around the surrounding cities. Staff is generally accommodating and friendly. And the Shoppes in general are nice with plenty of things to eat and see outside (Barnes and Noble, etc). Outside of the lack of cleaner tables/floors/restrooms, this is one of my favorite Paneras to get work done or meet friends.

Parking: Parking is plentiful depending on hours. But afternoons/evenings can be rough.

The restaurant was kind of crowded and the bathroom was not well maintained. Service and food were pretty good.

Everything was kinda blah. Register person was like whatever. The lady that served my coffee was nice, coffee was good. My almond pastry was not fresh, hard and dry. My 1st time at that location.

I love the large seating area that are divided into sections, free wifi, and variety of choices of breakfast, lunch, bakery, and coffee/teas. I come here when I want to get out of the house and do some work.
