I'm so upset. I researched it a good place for the coffee and dessert. So, I stopped by here with my friends. But the Asian guy who was taking orders very rude. When I finished my order in English, he giggled and mocked me, because my pronunciation is not very good. He mimicking with another staff member about my pronunciation. It happened before even I left the spot. So I was watching the whole scene. Hmm~~ racism among the same Asian in the US.... I want to ask him, how his family feels if they were discriminated against in this way.

I order from there several times a week. I am OBSESSED and so is my workplace. I was having issues finding the items i needed on their website for some reason so i called and spoke to “Alyssa” she immediately gage me a solution and made sure i got the correct items delivered to me. Amazing customer service. Im not sure what’s her position since i only spoke to her over the phone but she definitely deserves a promotion! Thank you Alyssa!

Yes, yes, yes! Their pastries are delightful and the iced matcha was so creamy. Heads up to order pastries you serve yourself by getting a tray, parchment paper, and tongs. Load up all the yummies on your tray and then you pay with cashier. The pasties were fresh and I believe you can ask for certain ones warmed up. They even had packaged items that I’m sure are baked there as we saw them wrap fresh pastries up. One thing I will say is that the eating area could have used some attention. Chairs and tables were a little messy from previous customers. Definitely will return!

Going to this bakery is like stepping into another country in the best possible way. It’s simple and clean with plenty of seating. I love the decoration and atmosphere. It feels calm and Metropolitan. The selection and freshness and always being stocked is top-tier. The customer service is wonderful and the cashiers are always more than willing to help you make a selection with drinks and greet with a smile which let’s face it nowadays is very rare. Whoever did the hiring is very Smart and it makes a big difference because the place is always packed and people feel comfortable going here. Obviously not to mention how delicious everything is even at a higher price I think it’s worth it. I’ve never bought cakes from here, but I think for my next event, I would definitely give it a try. Also, I like that they have a rewards system and I use the app all the time with special offers.

First time trying Paris Baguette, and I was really impressed! This location is very clean and well-organized. I especially appreciated that you can pick out exactly what you want from the display, unlike some other locations where everything is pre-packaged in bags.
I tried the Chocolate Supreme Croissant, the Milk & Cereal King Cream Donut, and the White Macadamia Cookie. All of them were delicious, but the croissant was the standout, flaky, rich, and perfectly indulgent.
They also have an adorable selection of cakes, some of which are creatively decorated, one even looks like a cappuccino mug! I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu, and I’m seriously considering getting a cake here for a future celebration.

We stumbled upon this place by chance, and it instantly became our new favorite dessert spot. What started as a simple plan to grab a little something sweet after dinner turned into us walking out with enough treats to last the week and no regrets. The desserts are incredibly well made and not overly sweet, which made everything feel indulgent without being too heavy. What really impressed us was that it’s not just about desserts they also offer fresh bread, flaky croissants, tasty sandwiches, and really good coffee. It’s the kind of cozy spot you don’t expect to find but are so glad you did. It's definitely worth a stop if you're in the mood for something delicious.
