I’ve been to the other locations and decided to come to this location because it’s cleaner than the others. Bad call as the service was horrible. We were seated and then waited around 10 minutes for our order to be taken. It was only pho for my wife and I yet the waiter screwed up the order. After we got our food, we never saw the waiter again. This was on a weekday where 3/4 of the restaurant was empty.

They refused to give me the free garlic butter tofu that they advertise for spending more than $40 because I placed it online. It says nothing about not valid for online orders. I tried calling to place the order and they didn't answer, so I had to do it online. False advertisement and lost a customer over some tofu because I don't do business with people that don't keep their word.

All portions are generous. However, all dishes are a bit too sweet for me. Fried tofu is surprisingly good. Garlic noodles are not too garlic and they use cheese instead of butter.

I ordered two takeaways and milk tea here last week. The taste was average and the price was expensive. The problem was that when I got home I found that they didn't give me milk tea!

They tried to charge me extra $2 for one extra piece of wilty lettuce. And the one piece of lettuce and mint they gave me with my egg rolls had black spots and were rotting. They didn’t even give me sprouts or noodles like other restaurants do. I would avoid this restaurant. Poor quality and service.
