Me and my family have been coming to pho island for few years now there quality of food and service is always hospitality given to us . We recommend it for anyone that’s coming alone or with a big group family plenty of space and tables everywhere . Food is not greasy and vey delicious the broth itself !!!

This time I brought my child... and their food was problematic... The beef ribs had a lot of fat, more fat than lean meat... We had to throw them away.

the korean short ribs are great and the service was very fast and attentive. the booths are comfortable as well. the downside is that they play back to back christmas music, mostly pop covers of classic songs. it's a bit annoying, especially if you plan to dine for more than 30 or so minutes, because there will start to be repeats of the same classic song covered by a different singer.

The food was okay, the service was terrible. The 2 employees a short Asian man with earbuds, and the woman with a hat who cleans the tables both stand around like soldiers just watching everyone. It was a bit strange to be watched the entire time, not once did they come by to ask if we needed anything or even refill our water. So it wasnt because they were super attentive... I had to put my arm up to ask them for the bill and containers for our soups. The Asian guy brings us ONE clear soup container, I ask for another and he has the audacity to roll his eyes and say something in his language. Very rude. At the register he again rolls his eyes. He has a serious attitude problem, napoleon syndrome perhaps. Anyway because little man had an attitude and his service sucked we wont return.

This is the best pho spot in chino hills. Broth is just perfect, not to salty or sweet like other places
I had dinner this past weekend at Pho Island Chino Hills. The Pho soup was delicious and fresh. A young lady was our waiter and she was very nice and joyful. She had a sweet smile all the time, and made us feel very welcome. The food and atmosphere was great. I will definitely come back.

the problem is food food over over they don't care about it they care about money that is normal. i have not go there six month ago why the problem the foo. today we went nothing news again ! i order 24 deluxe mixed pho awesome big bowl with beef rib and mixed i pick up rib bite it i felt the rib meat is cold and warm obviously the rib is in the refrigerator keep fresh and new order pick up and put in the hot soup become normal heat. i told staff they act pretend state of shock really oh sorry look alike they act dont know behind they knew it. i love to go but seem my last i go else where thank you not give me discount for cold and warm rib

Be there around 1 pm. Kind of quiet and slow. The restaurant looks nice and clean and just reopened. I ordered a combination pho (L) the portion was quite big, the soups tasted good 👍🏻 a lot of noodles. When you are done with the food you have to go to the cashier and pay for it! Over all just okay nothing out standing.
