First there was a bug as soon as i opened my pho... i thought i could at least eat the egg rolls but they were soggy, disappointed.

I like that they have vegan options. The gal who greeted us at 8:18pm was discouraging us from coming in because they would stop serving soon. The window and yelp say they close at 10pm. She asked if we could be five eating by 9pm and we said yes. The gal taking our order didn't know what gluten free meant. Which is fine but she wasn't answering my questions properly and rushing us at the same time. In the middle of ordering the other employee walked up and took our menus that we were ordering from! OMG what the heck?! I was flabbergasted! The place is nice and clean. And the food was good. But for reals. Don't take the customers menu from them while they're still ordering just because you want to get out of work early. This place should hire people who want to be efficient and give a great customer experience at the same time.

Parking is easy. Staff attentive. The decor is simple, straightforward, and clean. Always served quickly after placing our orders. Fresh ingredients, thinly sliced beef, noodles, and a savory pho broth. I always order the #1 house soup and add the shrimp spring rolls as a side. It hits the spot when I want comfort food that's close to home. If you're not in the mood for soup, they also have a rather broad menu with plenty of other wonderful options.

**bad broth**This review is overdue. I hate to write bad reviews so I held off of it.I was in the area visiting a girl friend of mine and I was craving pho. I ignored the negative reviews because I understand it could be a hit or miss. How bad could pho be? Well. Let me tell yeah. It was no bueno. Where's the flavor? Super lacking. I'm from the OC. Little Saigon. Why did I dare to come here?! Because I'm an idiot. Nothing special Inflated prices.My fault for wanting to try something new.The workers could also learn to be a bit more friendly and attentive. Seems they don't tolerate children. I'm taking my money back to OC.Thanks for reading.

Although short-staffed, food came out quickly, and is delicious. My noodles came out a little overcooked and kept snapping. But other than that, it’s still a great value.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp right in front of main door.

This place use to be great , The food quality has went down tremendously, to a very cheap version and raised up prices. My sonsc chicken, strips were hard and small nothing like use too be. The pho had so much noodles in it . Wasn't as tasty at all.The tvs were even unplugged. It looked like the restraunt was doing all it could to save a buck . Staff was friendly .overall I doubt we go back for a long time till the issues are fixed. Not worth the money at all.

Party had filet steak pho and I had a steak and shrimp stir fry. Food was tasty and hot. Service was extremely good as they answered questions and came back with refills quick. Wasn't too busy for a Thursday night. I would come back here if in the area. Looks like they have ubereats so would keep that in mind as well.
