A small restaurant, good for a Costco run in Alhambra. Their portion is a bit small imo but they taste good. There is Sunright tea next door so I guess it is a good combination for an eat out occasion.
Number 4 pho was great.
But the atmosphere wasn't as clean as id expect a restaurant to be. Fly here and there and bathroom was rancid. But the food was great enough for me to ignore all that and order again.

I had No.1 Pho, all the different beef parts included, the soup is flavorful and come in big portion, me and my friends also got a rocket shrimp plate, I really like the sauce, it makes the shrimp taste better.
They also have few vegetarian options!
