Platform 909 is easily one of the coziest cafes I’ve ever stepped into! Jennie, the owner, truly puts her heart into ensuring that every guest feels right at home. She’s got a warm, welcoming vibe that extends to the entire staff, who are always friendly and attentive. They’re quick to fix any mistakes or accommodate special requests, making the experience even better.

The food is absolutely fantastic. The breakfast Croissantwich is a standout—light, flaky, and packed with flavor. I also can’t get enough of the Basil Pesto Chicken Panini, the strawberry croffle, and the ricotta cheese avocado toast. Trust me, you’ll want to arrive with a big appetite!

The drinks are another highlight. The strawberry chacha is a personal favorite—smooth, perfectly sweet, with that rich matcha flavor, and the strawberry foam adds a creamy, tangy touch that’s just right. It’s a solid 10/10. And of course, the coffee is always on point! I can’t wait to come back and try more.

Matcha quality was disappointing and separated from the latte in seconds. The sugar syrup overpowered any matcha flavor there could’ve been.

Amazing gem of yumminess and friendly people. Delicious sandwiches and refreshing drinks with quality ingredients. My family and I highly recommend their Basil Pesto Chicken Panini. Great job all around ??

Beautiful little coffee shop. One of the very very few coffee shops I've been to that is actually calm and relaxing, not too loud and hectic.

Hands down, the best Coffee house in Chino Hills. The menu has a varirty of choices and the staff are absolutely amazing!

Parking: I can whip in fir a quick pickup or and relaxing sut down it the quiet study lounge.

Kid-friendliness: They offer tbe best slushies and croffles, my kids love them.

It's a coffee shop with a nice atmosphere. The coffee smelled so good. The chairs were a little hard, so it was hard to sit and talk for a long time.

SERVICE SUCKS!!! LAZY WORKERS!!!
I went there with my kids because they wanted BOBA, they came in and started to tell the cashier girl that they wanted BOBA. After I explain to them that they needed to pick a flavor and requested boba again. I paid over 25 dollars waited for my drinks and they DID NOT GIVE US BOBA.
I went back in and told the girl that I requested boba she looked at me and said they didn’t have any, I told her that she should’ve say something and then she gives me attitude and says that I didn’t ask for it.

These girls were just lazy and didn’t want to work, if they needed to close they could’ve just tell me that they weren’t taking orders anymore instead of making me pay for something that I didn’t want.
