Terrible experience. Food was okay to bad. Service was incredibly non-existent. Our large party was seated in a private room then asked to move outside after we’ve been there and the food was served. They said they made a mistake and need us to move. We refused as it was a birthday party and we were starting to eat already. From that point in, they stopped serving us. Never came to check in on us, never refilled water or tea, and was incredibly rude when we asked for anything like fork, knife, bowls. Stay away from this place!!

They got our order wrong and my mom even showed him what she circled and he kept yelling at her, was rude and was getting frustrated. Horrible service. Never again. He needs to be fired. Manger didn't even back us up and he saw the menu my mom circle! I wish I got the video of him yelling my mom.

We called ahead of time to confirm that dog is allowed. We have 9 people drove for about 1 hour and the guy refused to let us in. He said we called the wrong number and they don’t allow pets. We checked the call history and the number is correct. He still insisted that no one picked the phone call. We were so upset since we did confirm with the restaurant before we bring our dog and they don’t even give us a room or solution even though there were only few guests in the restaurant. I am so disappointed about this.

Terrible experience — avoid at all costs!

I’ve been to this restaurant twice, and both times ended in serious food poisoning. The first time, I had severe diarrhea. I gave it another chance, but the second visit landed me in the ER with gastroenteritis.

To make matters worse, when I called the restaurant to address the issue calmly, I was met with extremely rude and arrogant behavior — especially from someone who seemed to be the manager. They refused to take any responsibility and spoke to me with a shocking lack of professionalism or empathy.

Absolutely unacceptable service and a health hazard. Save yourself the risk — do not eat here!

Ray Duck House delivers a solid dim sum experience with a mix of classics and house specialties. The menu is well-rounded, and everything we tried came out hot, fresh, and flavorful.
Service was efficient and the atmosphere lively—just what you’d want from a proper dim sum spot. It's not the fanciest place, but the quality of the food speaks for itself.

This is our go to place for dim sum in the local area. The food is good and the decor is nice. The manager and servers are nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if you are nearby and crave for dim sum 😊

A beautifully decorated and spacious restaurant with ample parking and in a convenient mall. The waitstaff is friendly, efficient and nice. Dim sum was affordable and decent but noting special. Duck required pre-ordering as it takes about an hours to cook.
