What a joke this place is, service was horrible all talking in the back. They see me coming in and look at me and say nothing.

Did an online order.
I asked is everything in there. They say yes.

Okay cool I get home take in mind I'm 13min away driving.
I get home.

No salsa I ordered
No rice for one kids meal I ordered
No beans for one kids meal I ordered
No utensils.

I paid almost $50 for for 2 kids meal and burrito and a bowl.
And they can't even get the order correct. Last time I come here .

I suggest you do the same and save your money

Spoke with the manager regarding extra sauce that I did not get. She was very rude and disrespectful. She tried to turn it around on me like it was my fault that I didn't order the correct salsa. She went on to list all of the salsa's that they have.I informed her I do not work there and I do not know all of the specific names of the sauces that they offer.Also I called twice to make sure that my order was processed correctly I order at least three times a month and spend a lot of money at least eighty dollars.I hope the owner reads this review for I will no longer order from them

So apparently making a proper burrito is not being taught to the Rubio's staff members. I ordered the new Langostino burrito. $20 with tip. I always tip. What was given to me was a loosely wrapped tortilla with its ingredients falling all over the plate. I expressed dismay to the person who delivered it only to be met with a blank stare. So I grabbed a fork and made it a bowl. Tasted good. But I was hoping for a burrito as promised. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Won't be the last im sure.

First, The burrito was mostly rice, i didn't see any bacon inside. Then they charge me $17 for a burrito and a small drink way to high. The burrito they didn't fold it well it was loose. The only good thing was the homemade lemonade. Don't come to this location, the food is bad.

Girl with the red hair look like she was mad to be at work. I ordered a meal and an additional shrimp taco. She asked me what kind. I asked what are the choices. She points behind her and says "Read the top three" I'm about to pay $20 for a meal and she can't do me the courtesy of listing their options and instead has a bad attitude, points to a sign and tells me to read. I left.

The food was delicious but unfortunately two of their cooks in the back were really rude. They were going to close in 5 minutes and wanted us to rush our order and kept rolling his eyes on me. If they need to close they should lock their doors and not demonstrate attitude. Customer service should improve and be friendlier. I expect better from Rubio's since their food is always great but not their staff.
