The food was okay… not memorable and definitely overpriced for ramen. It seemed more like a hype than actual good food. Service was great! Workers were patient and helpful. Atmosphere…was way too overwhelming and so much push for Naruto and his love of ramen. I get it and all but like…it just didn’t work and it’s hard to take the place seriously..

I spent over $50 for delivery because I was sick at home. First, the two orders of fried rice cakes are getting smaller and the what is supposed to be a slice of avocado is not even a sliver. The rice was nice and crunchy which was good. I guess with the price of eggs, they decided to not give me the egg, but didn’t deduct it from the price. Not a happy repeat customer.

Fast service, love their customer service.
I ordered the Garlic truffle Ramen my favorite also ordered the Crispy Rice W Spicy Tuna so delicious.

I ordered 2 ramen combo(dine in) and 1 spicy tuna roll(togo).
But spicy tuna roll is very disappointing 😞
It's over $8. I want to return it. It looks like leftover. Can't eat. I never go back.

Went yesterday for my birthday. Had to call off of work this morning from food poisoning. I had pork. Been throwing up and using the bathroom at night and morning. Will not be returning.

Definitely would avoid. Noodles were very under cooked. Boyfriend and I got food poisoning probably from the old or undercooked pork!

This place does not compare to the original, the actual silver lake ramen in Silver Lake Ca. They have kids serving and making the food. They made their best effort. But I'm not there for effort. I'm there for quality, just being honest! Go to DTLA Silver Lake ramen or the actual Silver Lake ramen. Don't waste your time in Chino!!!

Ate here with my kids on Nov. 17, the server was handling food with her bare hands, all while handling utensils, menus, payment terminal, and high-fiving her coworker. Not washing hands before taking the seaweed to place it in the soup is highly unacceptable and gross.

I lived in Japan 4 years and nothing compares but this is as close as it gets to any Ramen nearby…delicious 😋
