I came into the store around 12/12:15 PM today, October 13th, 2023. A girl named "Kat" (how ironic, bc my name is also "Kat") took my order. I (tried to) order a trenta matcha latte & a customized, trenta mango dragonfruit drink. The order for this one is a trenta mango dragonfruit drink with no water, extra base, and no inclusions. They made this drink so wrong and I literally watched them put water (instead of melting ice in the shaker cup) and then shake it all up. (Tbh, I didn't think that was my order at first and I'm so anxious that I felt like I couldn't say anything, so this was my fault.) I also asked if they could make a matcha latte in a trenta cup since I've had it done for me multiple times before in the city where I reside. Kat told me that they couldn't do that since there was no pricing for it, but if I got a tall and a venti, she could put it in the trenta cup. I felt awful for asking for such a complicated order, but I ended up saying yes to avoid confrontation even though I felt like they were blatantly overcharging me for a drink I get nearly every day. I waited for my order to be completed & once it was, I knew they had made my drink wrong. I asked for an extra hefty scoop of matcha in the beginning when I was getting rang up, but I guess she didn't hear me bc it wasn't printed on the label :/ When I asked if I could have an extra scoop of matcha at the pick up counter, a girl named "Bethany" asked me to remove the lid to my drink and then proceeded to dump a spoonful of matcha powder on top of my ice. I was so shocked I literally said "thank you" and left. I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes debating whether or not I should go back in after asking my friend who owns a Starbucks in my city if that's normal. She said it wasn't and that it's very rude. Every time I've asked for an extra scoop of matcha in my cup before even drinking it, the baristas normally ask if I would like to have it remade or shaken with the original drink. Never in my life would I have thought this would happen. I called the store a few hours later to tell them since I was rushing to work after placing my order here. When I came in earlier this evening, Chloe (whom I talked to on the phone) got up from her break to tell her coworkers that I'm the one who called on the phone. Chloe, Monica, & Bailey really made my review go from a 1 star to a 5 star! They made me feel understood and were very empathetic with what happened earlier today. They refunded me with no problem and even remade my drinks! Bailey asked me to try the drinks before I left & I thought it was a very sweet detail I had to mention. @ Bethany & Kat : DO BETTER. If you don't like your job, don't work there! If you're having a bad day, don't project that onto customers who are just there to get their daily caffeinated drink. @ management : Monica, Bailey & Chloe deserve a raise damn

Despite of everyone negative comments. I give them 5 stars plus! The staff welcomes you upon arriving and if you're a regular customer they know you by name which very impressed because some already know your order. Love the selection of food and pastries you have when you're on the go! This location is clean and you get to know everyone who goes there on a daily basis. Great music every time I go in! Thank you all the staff for your awesome work !

Trying to have a decent relaxing time with my drinks and pastry inside but it seems like there's a group of Card playing/scrabbles games and the group of guys are very very very very noisy and annoying mixing their scrabbles on the table. I have heard from others about this adult gamers inside this Starbucks. I am not sure why they allow them to take over their coffee shop. If they want to be so loud and noisy they should be outside. Not pleasant to stay inside to relax during my visit. Ambiance is not good.

The server was nice and I got my drink in a short of time waiting. I got a cup of hot mocha. Love Starbucks coffee Ambiance was clean and they have pastries, coffee beans and collectible mugs in the store. Parking is free and easy to find. No drive through service.

Review is for the interior. It looks awful inside- was taken aback by it. The flooris filthy, they're only a few tables and almost no decor - it's drab and sad - almost shocking that this is a Starbucks.
