The drive-through took an unusually long time. I could see the employee at the window texting on her phone for a long period while I waited at the window. In general, cell phones are filthy things. Did the texting employee sanitize or wash their hands in between phone use and serving? 😝

If you worked September 10, 4:50am. Go easy on the salt, my salted. Caramel cold foam was pure salt I literally had to spit it out. My mouth is now dry that’s. That’s how much salt you put it in. Do better

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Starbucks, but today really pushed it. I ordered a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino — the barista even repeated “venti” back to me — but I was handed a Grande. When I mentioned it, she responded with “I charged you for a grande” and just stared at me. No apology, no accountability, just attitude. She took the drink back and said, “Yeah yeah, we’re remaking it,” then closed the window while I was still talking. The remake was missing extra whip, caramel drizzle, and the crunch topping — the whole point of the drink. As a former barista, I get that mistakes happen, but the consistent rudeness, lack of care, and uncomfortable energy at this location are just unacceptable.

I went in and it took about 7 minutes for them to get to me with no line, I ordered a Carmel Frappuccino and a ham and Swiss croissant, took them like 15 minutes to get my order done, workers were chatty and distracted , once I got my order they gave me a cookie instead of the ham and Swiss croissant and drink had no flavor, so disappointed with my whole experience.

i was in the mood to try something new.
it was very good, a tast of home cooked food at a restaurant. A friendly, family environment. even though i have never had these dishes. it felt as i have always known the tast. ill be back

If not for Mariah's (sp) peer apologizing and serving me a simple blonde roast after waiting 10 minutes on an empty place, I'd a given it a lower score. Terrible service and you can tell this girl didn't want to be there. Or just didn't like me for some reason lol. But she definitely made it feel like this is a crappy franchise bux. Everyone else seemed positive and friendly.
