this Starbucks is so stingy with their caramel drizzle. They act like it comes out of their paycheck. staff is always friendly, but I hate when they don’t make my drink

I have visited this location many times. But today's event really rubbed me the wrong way. I was going through the Drive Thru around 7:30 a.m. this morning. I ordered a grande size drink. Once pulling up to the window, I paid and waited for my usual. The cashier asked me if I ordered Tall or Grande which I replied as Grande. Once receiving my drink, I immediately noticed that the cup was lighter than usual which prompted me to open the lid. The drink was not filled to the rim nor was anywhere close to it. I asked the cashier if the drink is to have this much space from the rim. She took the drink back and then admitted that the batista made the drink thinking it was Tall size which rubbed me wrong even further. To be honest, I'm not even upset about the sizing error. What annoys me is that the barista gave me a Tall size drink in a Grande size cup knowingly- and thinking I would not notice. The morale is what upsets me to be honest. Please do better Starbucks.

The manager Marcella and her team are crushing it. I am a regular here at this location and choose this locate over others due to the customer service and that I’m less likely to have any issues with my order here compared to many other Starbucks. Whether going through the drive through or walking in, the staff is quick, accurate, friendly and the facility is well maintained. Definitely have seen a change here while Marcella has been running the show.

This is pretty much my fave Starbucks to visit. They're always friendly & welcoming. I don't know her name but she has come to recognize me when I come in. In fact, on this visit, she not only warmly greeted me, but instead of me getting in line to order my customary water with ice, she went ahead and got it and brought it out to me where I was setting up my computer. I really wish I knew her name so I could give her credit for great customer service.

All employees were nice but Giselle stood out to me. Her kindness and hardship showed in the few minutes we had our encounter at the window. Our conversation was effortless.The drink was super yummy and I can tell she knows how to do her job right.
This Starbucks location is very unorganized. I have placed orders through the mobile app previously, and it has never been a pleasant visit. I walk in they don’t even say good morning, there is missing orders, and they do not prioritize an unhappy customer! If I could, I would give zero stars, do not come to this location!!!
