Really enjoyed visiting this Starbucks. Nearby. The store is very clean and comfortable, and everything feels well taken care of. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my drink was made just right. My togo choice!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Starbucks located at Soquel Canyon & Pomona Rincon. The front desk staff was very impolite, dismissive, and disrespectful from the moment I arrived.
My order took over 20 minutes, which is unacceptable for a simple coffee. When I politely asked whether my order under my name was ready, the employee repeatedly asked, “What name?” multiple times in a rude tone and then proceeded to mispronounce my name in a mocking and ridiculous way, which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful.
To make matters worse, my name was never called at all, and when I finally received my drink, it was incorrect. I ordered a hot coffee, but I was given a cold coffee instead. By that point, I was already frustrated and did not feel comfortable addressing it again due to the staff’s attitude.
This location seriously lacks basic customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. I expect much better from Starbucks. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it to others.

This is the location I go to most often even when it's out of my way. The staff is always so friendly and personable. I stopped by this evening and ordered the wrong item by mistake. Dominic went above and beyond to make the drink I wanted and had a great attitude about it. Thank you for having great people here!!

Every staff was great, except this one worker, my friends and I had multiple bad interactions with her. She’s always had an attitude. Me and my friend once went to the bathroom together to fix up our hair then, she loudly knocked on our door saying we aren’t allowed to be there together, what was she expecting out of 2 teenage girls? Nobody ever had an issue with us being together but her. I’ve always said please and thank you while facing her but gives me back the rudest attitude.

Really busy on a Saturday. Drive-thru is packed. The lobby is packed. The workers are overworked. They didn't have my drink ready after 15 minutes of waiting. I went inside and nobody said hello or try to help me out. Brandon they were busy but I just wanted to pick up my coffee. I didn't see it sitting there waiting for me so I went back to the drive-thru.

Tell me why all Starbucks aren't the same? Yes they might have coffee, the same coffee. But does it taste the same? Is it blended the same? Nope.. not at all.. I have a Starbucks down the street from my house, tell me why they can't blend a frap if their life depended on it.. same for iced coffee, does a caramel ice coffee taste good at that location? Nope.. So I DO DRIVE the 8-10 blocks to this location, were the iced coffee taste heavenly and my caramel fraps are well blended with no big chunks of ice..simply divine, staff is super friendly.. never had any problems here and they are very helpful, my husband had a bad cold once and they ran out of the medicine ball, he suggested a different tea we could make hot toddys with.. it tasted good, cleared my husband right up

Parking: M-F parking is usually not a problem. On weekends the parking can be tougher. Never seen it completely fill but it's definitely fuller on weekends.
