This is my other fave Starbucks. One of the employees has started to recognize me and remembers my name starts with an "M." She also used a term of affection (something you'd hear your mother or aunt use) with me which I think adds style to this Starbucks.

This location has a habit of making drinks wrong and the customer service is the WORST!! Kristen got upset with me for not ordering a cup of water at the register..I understand if it is busy, but there is no line. There has been multiple times she has been rude to me and one other younger man has also been rude too.What happened to customer service?

Visited this location today for the first time which is located in a very busy shopping center. The store is very clean & well maintained. The staff was SO friendly which is so refreshing nowadays. They were out of my usual pumpkin cold brew, but had the breakfast sandwich I wanted & I opted for a drink I hadn't had in awhile so it was still a win for me. I'd definitely come back to this location in the near future
I asked the manager if she can lower the music a tad down, she said it’s the standard level for all guests, not sure what that meant. She then offered to lower the music outside in the patio where it’s 95 Degrees if I wanted to sit outside to sweat and melt away for bothering her.

One of the worst Starbucks I ever encountered and it's not the first time it's happened, they constantly make mistakes on the drinks. I went on a Sunday and it was super busy because there are popular brunch places nearby so people would order from this Starbucks while they wait. I order on the mobile and it says a 10 min wait...ok I'll wait 10 min that's fine. I show up and keep waiting for 20 min and then 30 min. I asked twice where is the drink all the response was "it will be right out"...cmon 30 min wait is ridiculous for a drink. And I see a lot of drinks that were finished on the table was half full with a ton of ice in it, those customers will be pissed too. So this place gets an F for lousy service and an F on quality as well.

The rudest Starbucks baristas you'll ever encounter. The manager must make it a hiring requirement. Do not come when you're in a hurry, you're mobile order will never be ready and you will have to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to START making your drinks once you get there every single time. Save yourself time and drive an extra 2 minutes up the street to the Fairfield ranch location for an actual pleasant experience.

Plenty of parking, convenient location, great service, and lots of seating!Sat outside with my friend and enjoyed the sunny and windy weather (which also helped blow away the cow poop smell). Got the chai latte and enjoyed it! They have a beautiful mural inside.Would come back again.
