My sandwich bread was hard like a rock. It hardly had any meat. I know the meat is weighted 4oz to a six inch sandwich. I stop by when I don't have time to cook. So I do appreciate Subway. The associate that made the sandwich was nice. Might need more training. I remember being a new hire and being nervous.

Ordered my sandwich 3hours prior to be ready for a 530 pick up. Arrived a few minutes after 530. Had to wait for 2 other customers and didn’t received my sandwich for another 15 minutes. Then the diet fountain drink was empty and would had to wait for the rest of the customers to be helped for that to be changed. Ended up being late for an appointment. Will not be returning to this Subway.

Tried to grab lunch at Subway today, and it was a really frustrating experience. The poor elderly woman working behind the counter was completely overwhelmed during the lunch rush. The POS system crashed, and the line became incredibly long. She was clearly struggling and desperately trying to keep up with orders, but she was left completely alone. She even tried calling her manager, Jason, for help, but he was nowhere to be found. I really felt for her; she was doing her best under impossible circumstances. I commend her for her effort, but it's clear this location is chronically understaffed. This isn't the first time I've experienced this issue here. Subway, please address your staffing and system reliability issues. Your employees and customers deserve better.

It was middle of the day & during lunch time, only 1 person was working. The employee was very nice & apologized for the wait. I feel management & or the owner doesn't take shifts being covered with adequate staffing under consideration. It was 3 people in line & several walked out due to the wait.

Hit or miss with the staff. Half of them are incompetent and clueless. And the orders, more than half the time they shortchange you on the meats. The veggies, they leave on the inedible parts, like the stalks. Every visit, the experience becomes a bit more intolerable. If the owner doesn’t give a damn, then just sell it to someone who does.

The behavior of the guy who was making my sandwich was the worst. I told him to add some more sauces and vegitables he told me no that he cannot add it because I was complicated during my order. I do not know what was that behavior and what for I would never suggest anyone to go to this store if Subway.
I had a fantastic experience at this Subway location in Chino Hills! The staff were incredibly friendly, quick, and attentive to all my preferences. They went above and beyond to make sure my sandwich was made just the way I like it, with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. The restaurant was clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. It’s always a pleasure to visit this location because the team truly cares about providing excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience with catering orders through this subway. We ordered over 200 boxes for a training and everything from start to finish was easy to navigate. The quality of the boxes was exactly what we ordered and delicious, which made our job the day of the event so much easier. If you are looking to feed a crowd I highly recommend!
