I ordered online and waited 40 minutes for it. I checked in and they gave me attitude saying to be patient instead of actually checking on it. Turns out, their online order system was messed up and they didn't have my order.

They lock the doors. I arrived at 8:40 to pickup my mobile order, but all the doors were locked. I called them and they said they were under staffed and to pick it up thru the LONG drive thru. With some convincing they said they would have someone bring it out when it was ready.

I will never return to a place with only kiosks to order. Food was like every other taco bell... took a long time for 3 tacos.

I honestly prefer this location over others nearby. Service and employees are always great.
Other locations have always either had a nasty attitude or always mess up our order.
This location though has always been great! I will be coming here for my taco bell cravings.

Not good food this time, very less qty of beans, only lettuce... It seems like this is another place that is trying to save by compromising on food quality and quantity.

Don't order off the app!!!! I used the app to have food delivered and the first time I used they screwed me over because never got my food. It was extremely messed up because they have door dash deliver the order but when the door dasher doesn't deliver they get away with it. I tried emails and they never replied to me. And the store has you complain to door dash. But that's hard to do when you don't have an order from them because you didn't order
from door dash. So I never got my food and they ripped me off $20.00. They should have made it right but didn't.
So if you don't want you food getting stolen from their delivery guy. Don't Use The App.... I will never eat at taco bell again!@!!!

You just go to a kiosk order your food pick it up at the front. Very easy very nice staff
