There is no service if you go inside...with prices rising due to minimum wage rising they claim, you don't even have a person taking your order. You have to order on a screen which is ridiculous, if I knew that I could have ordered from work then went to go get it instead of wasting time...and since when is the craving box over $15?!...I'm hearing prices are still supposed to go up in April, if that's true someone please help us in California...the rate this is going no one can afford to live let alone customer service will be little to none. At least give good costumer service still.

No one came to counter had to use the touch screen to order! Was not given any napkins with order & napkin holders were all empty. Had to go to the counter to get napkins. Worst Taco Bell that I have been too & I am 81 & a long time customer!

First of all Alondra’s customer service was extremely rude. The line was long in the drive thru she had me back out and come inside and once I did she was rude explaining their “policy”. I came inside and everything but still slow service and even worse customer service. She tried to fix it afterwards by sending a manager who was even worse at being considerate and just thanking me and explaining with care. A lot of people waiting and I have picked up a DoorDash order before in the drive thru they were just busy and went for their most convenient route. I understand it’s a policy but they should enforce it ALL THE TIME. Not just when it is busy and when certain people are workingPS WHEN I GOT IN THERE SHE GAVE IT TO ME IN 5 minutes. So much for it not being ready and having to leave the drive thru

Beatrice is the general manager here and clearly the reason why people are being replaced by machines. They have the worst customer service and turning down customers because they refuse to take an order.Timothy was hands down the only employee there willing to assist and de-escalated an altercation with the GM Beatrice. She refused to be of any help and Timothy stepped in to save the sale.I wouldn't be shocked if they put this store out of business. Such a joke of an experience. Mind you we were the only customers inside...no wonder.

This place just can't get anything right. Want a grilled cheese burrito? You get a plain burrito. Want a chicken soft taco? Nope - beef for you. These people don't even deserve minimum wage. Please, bring on the automated workers/robot replacents... at least then we will get what we ordered.

Horrible experience! They wouldn’t acknowledge me at the register. I waited patiently. No one even came over to take my order. I couldn’t use the kiosk because I need my order a certain way. They saw I was there but no one came over to help! You guys need someone to man the front registers!!!
Waste of money and time. Ordered on the app and it was still incorrect. All tacos were just stuffed with a ton of lettuce and a few "sprinkles" of meat. Got really sick. Don't bother with this location.

I hate to write this review as I have been coming here for the past 8 years living in Chino Hills. Around 5:00 PM (11/15) I walked into the restaurant since it was raining as I did not want my car window down while ordering and picking up my through the drive-thru. There was only two of us inside and I stood at the front counter patiently waiting to place my order. Finally a lady came up and asked me if I was ready to order and I said I was. She then instructed me to go to the self serve kiosk. I asked her if I have to use the kiosk or can I order here and she said I had to use the kiosk. At that point I just said I will take my business else where and walked over to El Pollo Loco where they were more than happy to take my order. I am not sure what management is telling the employees to do in regards to those kiosks but sadly those kiosks are taking jobs away and I find that sad.
