Service is so slow in person. when i opt for Uber delivery they always get the order wrong. Ordered an expensive ube pancake and got this plain pancake without anything on it. Not even maple syrup and uber wont refund a part of it. I love the food but its just so disappointing service its not worth the headache.

Extremely slow service, waited for ~1 hour for our food. The avacado toast comes with broken yolk and cold hard bread. The worst brunh we ever had, but the price is expensive.

I had a great experience at Take Your Seat! The place has a really cool and modern vibe—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. One of the first things I noticed was how refreshing the A/C felt, especially on a hot day. It made dining there even more enjoyable.
The staff were all polite and attentive, always ready to help without being overbearing. Their good attitude added to the overall welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a spot that’s clean, cool, and staffed by friendly people, Take Your Seat is definitely worth checking out.

Latte first, Longaniza Bowl next and upgraded to the fried rice, not garlic rice, as recommended by Fiona. Great call since the fried rice had better contrast with the garlicky sausage already. Yum!
I also had the Seasonal Ube Cloud Pancake (single) which was phenomenal. Cloud Pancakes are great to begin with but the ube-flavored one, topped with mango bits instead of berries, is a fantastic summertime flavor.
The ambiance here matches the food. The service is always great and you will feel welcomed.
Plenty of parking, reasonably priced, outdoor patio seating, and good for small groups.
