The food was great! The service was great as well unfortunately, their fluffy tiramisu pancakes were very bad and they arrived once we were done eating too. But I’d still come back to this place I would just avoid the pancakes. I also liked that the menu was small though I know other people might dislike that.

This coffee isn't even worth a second glance.
Food ok . But there's not enough air venting in there. You smell like kitchen.

I am so disappointed with the manager I dealt with today. I frequent Take Ur Seat often and am a loyal customer.
Apparently I placed a coffee order and the payment didn’t go through. This was last month. I didn’t know because I payed using Apple Pay and I was never notified and never received a call or a voicemail on the day that it happened.
I went in today to place a pick up order and they held making my order until I arrived and told me the wasn’t having his kitchen make it until I paid it. He said he called me but when I checked my phone he had called only 3 minutes before I arrived.
I think since over a month had passed and they didn’t try to call me once and especially on the day that it actually happened. they have my number because I did a mobile order, it shouldn’t be my responsibility. The manager should have made the executive decision to just move forward. But he didn’t. And I don’t mind paying but I feel like it was more about the principal to make it right. So he took my $23 payment for the coffee and lost a loyal customer that spends over $300 a year there and now my family will no longer go there and the same goes for them.

Had lunch here. It's more of a breakfast spot it but it was good, but the tri tip was pretty crewy. If they can dial down how to cook a steak, it would make the world of difference. Waitress was awesome.

The dining area is a bit small but clean which I like. We ordered their belly 2 belly dish which was good. It tasted similar to Filipino pork adobo. I mentioned that to the server (male), he irritatedly replied, "similar but not really" then he made a face and walked away. I thought I was giving a compliment, apparently not to him. Sorry.
I ordered coffee that was too strong for my taste. I had specifically mentioned to the guy server if I could get just one shot of espresso on my coffee but was apparently ignored and was given a cup with two shots of espresso. He might've been pre-occupied that time.
But good thing, when I asked another server for a replacement, she recommended their latte. It was better than the first one but will not be ordering that next time...lol.
We also ordered their fluffy cloud pancake, their special for the month. I forgot the name but it had pistacchios and something else.
The presentation was amazing but the flavor was unremarkable. Plus for 3 pieces at $20, it seemed overpriced but since it takes them 30 minutes to make, I'm assuming it takes a lot of effort to make and that justifies the price. I just wish it had a bit more flavor though.
Would I go back and eat here again even if I think their food is a bit overpriced? Yes. I might give this place another try since there's a lot more in their menu I haven't tried.
But if I'm on a budget, I'd skip this place.

Discovered this cute little brunch place and the food is pretty good! I tried the highly recommended belly 2 belly rice and the roasted pork belly was so tender! Literally melt in your mouth! This place is packed and the wait was about 20 minutes on a Saturday brunch. Gave it a 4/5 because it is on a pricey side. Otherwise, the food and service were great.

The fried rice is sour and salty, the soufflé is ridiculously expensive, and the coffee seems to be watered down. People recommended by Xiaohongshu should really eat something good.

Really good Filipino brunch spot. Pretty packed but we were able to get a table within minutes of us arriving. The wait for the food I'd say was a bit long but not too terrible. The service is good, the workers are friendly, and overall a very nice setting. Would recommend, would go back
